OMG!! I found my dream bed. Just have to down size from a Cali king to a king in able to get it. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Mrs. Tammy Gettess she was Soo helpful & insightful she walked with us telling us about everything we were interested in, she was just FANTASTIC!! We didn't buy today, but of course we will b back in about a month or so & we look forward to Mrs. Tammy selling us our new furniture. 10 stars for customer service, atmosphere, & the prices. Rite now Michael Alan is having their presidents sell & the getting is beyond good. Totally recommend u heading down & having a look around it's crazy fabulous in there. Thank u Mrs. Tammy we look forward to seeing u shortly.

My husband and I had a great shopping experience with the assistance of Surie Hughes (designer) for a new Loveseat with console for the living room! This also led to the purchase of a beautiful, much needed bedroom set!! 😁 The Michael Alan Furniture and Design center is a fun and comfortable place to shop with a very large selection of furnishings!! The purchasing experience with Terri was easy, no pressure and she was so kind and knowledgeable. Delivery and assembly was 10/10. Austin and LG were a great team, they were considerate of our home and the delivery. They even requested to wash their hands before touching the mattress after it was out of the plastic. They were friendly, efficient and also knowledgeable. We were very pleased overall with the experience from start to finish at Michael Alan Outlet. Thank you everyone!

Surie Hughes helped us find the perfect furniture to meet our needs. I was a little unsure of the color matching my other furniture and Surie sensed my uneasiness and followed up with a courtesy call the following day to make sure we were happy... that is some great costumer service. If you're looking for quality furniture Michael Allen is the place. Elle Hendey did an amazing job helping me pick out the pieces for my space. She has a keen eye for design and was very knowledgeable. Overall it was a first class experience!

Sarah was such a big help picking out our sectional couch and dining room table. Daniel and William delivered right on time and set up my couch just how I wanted it! Everyone was very professional and I would definitely recommend Micheal Allen to my friends and family.

I had no idea furniture shopping could be so enjoyable. Jen was fantastic in listening to our wants and finding multiple options she thought we’d like. She was so personable and was (and still is) really invested in helping us furnish our new house. The delivery of our furniture was the best I’ve ever experienced. Austin and Justin make a great team and they handled everything with respect and care. They were very polite and made sure we were absolutely happy with the placements before leaving. I 100% recommend this business!

We could not be more impressed by the customer service and experience of our furniture delivery! Austin and Andrew were so professional and polite. They inspected all furniture for any possible damage, cautious of their surroundings, and moved efficiently. Truly felt they take pride in their jobs and customer service!!!

Jen helped me find the right mattress for my needs and was able to get me a good deal. Very hospitable store who takes their customers seriously, they even offered me a beer! It was hot so I took the water instead.

They have a great selection, quality brands. Fair honest prices and a great staff. You wouldn't be doing yourself a disservice by shopping here. Thank you Michael Alan staff and thank you in particular to Jen and the awesome delivery guys who set my bed frame up and hauled away my old one. Top notch customer service.

Had lots of furniture delivered today and the two young men, Austin and LJ were extremely hard workers. They got it done in no time and very helpful making adjustments as requested. The furniture looks exactly has I imagined. Love it all!!!

My wife and I have been most impressed with Michael Alan Furniture ever since moving to Havasu 12 years ago. Our home in Havasu is mostly furnished with their furniture. Today was no exception. Surie Hughes, one of their helpful design associates, came to our house to help us with a few design issues we had, understanding we had no need to purchase anything. She was with us for over an hour looking at the things we were unsure about in many different ways, and sharing her thoughts. Wow, was she ever helpful! And an absolute delight to be with. Her warmth and sincerity to help us was most evident. To say the least, we were incredibly impressed. Thank you so much Surie for your help today!

Every single time we have bought something there Elle has taken very good care of us! She is very knowledgeable about the furniture and if there are ever any issues she make it right!
