Good place

Answering the phone seems like a painful experience for them. The webpage for elections has no useful information. For instance, in-person early voting can be done at the RECC office in Midtown or at the former food stamp office behind the old courthouse. It starts October 13th. 8 AM-12 PM. Nor does it require an appointment. It also didn’t have any useful information about voter registration, Election Day voting, encouraging folks to make a plan, or anything about vote by mail.

This is the worst clerk's office I have ever done business with. You can count on being there for AT LEAST an hour for any service you need. A word of advice to anyone who has to do business here; check your receipt before you leave! Twice I have had to go back inside to get corrections made to my vehicle registration due to poor training of these clerks. Not to mention being charged TWICE for the registration of one of my vehicles. The employees are not adequately trained and there are a few here that are just outright rude and unfriendly, believing that THEIR mistakes are your fault. They would do good to visit the Somerset clerk's office and observe how an efficient clerk's office is ran. I want to think that a clerk that was voted into office would appreciate those votes and do her community a true service by getting her staff trained and up to par.
