Bullhead Auto Repair

I am from Washington state, and the engine of our car blew out a few miles from these guys- we picked this place purely by chance and they went above and beyond for us. Cliff took our Subaru off our hands and sold us a new car for really really cheap--honestly don't know how we would've gotten home without them, let alone the motel that they were kind enough to drive us too ( it was 120 degrees out). Incredibly grateful for their amazing service. Absolutely the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

This place is incredible. A few weeks ago I had car issues and got stranded in Bullhead, AZ. This place took me in immediately the next morning (we even got there a few minutes before opening). Apparently the place that previously rotated my tires put the lug nuts back on incorrectly. This became an issue when I got a flat tire and the lug nuts broke off with the studs when trying to put on the new tire. Not only did they replace the lug nuts in under an hour, but they took the time to explain everything to myself and my boyfriend. They allowed us to watch the entire process (nothing is hidden behind closed doors and everything they did was entirely transparent). They also insisted on rotating my tires again to make sure the donut tire was not at the front because I had front wheel drive. They did this with no extra charge and only because they were concerned that the donut would get a flat before I made it to buy a new tire. Fantastic customer service. All the staff was so kind. I was tired and fed up with the whole situation and they were still as great as could be. If they were any closer I would make them my home auto repair in a heart beat. Would highly recommend!

Called Bullhead Auto Repair after reading the good reviews.
I spoke to Kyle and brought my F150 in because my truck kept dying.
Kyle tested everything and determined it needed a new alternator. He replaced the alternator and then it wasnt charging the battery. He replaced the alternator again and finally showed it was charging the battery correctly.
This was done on a Sat when their normally closed and he wanted to make sure i was happy and everything was done right.. so he opened shop to get this done.
Thanks again Kyle for going the extra mile!!

What can I say, locating this auto shop was the best find for me. I can't remember the last time I had an honest mechanic that took pride in there work that didn't look to rip off the customer. Great family place. I will be going back when I need to service my car again. I do recommend them. Solid 5 stars...

The team at Bullhead Auto Repair we're very helpful and knowledgeable about most products. They have reasonable rates and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They are worth checking out and as far as I've seen they do not overcharge or try to rip people off.

Awesome service! My friend and I blew the water pump on my midwestern Jeep right when we got to bullhead city a year ago and we were able to get it to this shop in the morning and they were able to get it done and we were back on the road by the early afternoon! Great rates too! Very friendly staff, highly recommend this place!

Our car broke down on the way back from our honeymoon in California... We barely pulled into the repair shop before the car died and wouldn't start. They were super helpful and one of the mechanics even brought us to a park to wait the couple of hours until our car was fixed.

Folks here were great to deal with getting my Jeep back on the road. Wouldn't start after a night at the hotel. Went above and beyond to haul my trailer over to their shop while waiting for the flatbed truck.

Read the reviews on Google and Yelp and had to call. Went over and turned out just needed to reset check engine light.....no charge. Told owner we will be back when we need service or just a tune up. Great customer service. Total mom and pop shop just off the Hwy.

It's so hard to find a good honest mechanic but I found one and they are great I go to him every time my truck needs help they go above and beyond to get the job done right and at great prices very honest I'm a loyal customer I strongly recommend 111 auto great communication as well. Tell them I sent you : the bat mobile :)

They did a great job repairing the heater core on my car only place that was able to look at it the same day and get me on the road at a fair price very nice people have not had a problem with my car since

I called this shop to see if i needed something done and he said NO..wait till u log 100k miles..didnt try to sell me anything...i was so impressed with his honesty i went in anyways to have him just check my car out for peace of mind before a trip. I will drive the extra miles to have him work on my car!

Visiting Laughlin, thought I had car problem, took it to bullhead auto. They lefted the truck, inspected and found nothing wrong. On my way! Nice guys!

Haven't got any work done but the man that answers the phone is just the sweetest.!! Will definitely be going here if I need any work done.!

Now under new ownership and new management.. stIll same policy and same great customer service only thing that's changed is the hands of ownership and some workers
