EDIT TO UPDATE: The General Manager has reached out to me and was so sincere and apologetic! We had a wonderful conversation to address and correct the issues we experienced. As a result, he has generously offered to credit our next visit, which we will happily accept and we look forward to a better experience in the future. Thank you, Mr. McNemar!

NEVER ATTEMPTING TO GO HERE AGAIN!!!!
Table of 2. Sat for over an hour after ordering and never received anything, while at least 5 other tables, which arrived after us, in our section received both appetizers and entrees. 4 different waiters and managers asked us what we ordered and promised to check and we never heard from them after. We finally walked out when the same manager came to ask us what we had ordered again. Terrible service. Never going to return, save yourselves the aggravation!

Stopped in this location passing through to TN, great service from Jessica S. Our food came out very fast and was wonderful! Thank you!!

Let me tell you - this time going.. our waiter was a little slow (understandable because short staffed) (other waiters come to us as well) but the food was DELICIOUS! I got the impossible cheeseburger with fries and some coleslaw (not the best).. but the fries are the best! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

Also, the bathrooms were A LOT cleaner this time around.

Sit at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and great at his job. The drinks taste excellent and so did the appetizers.

Standard Applebee's experience. Good quick service. Decent food. They had special drinks for Halloween, so I had a zombie cocktail.

I did not enjoy the salmon. I ordered bourbon salmon, but instead of a bourbon glaze it was drenched in butter...not what I expected or ordered.

Friendly Hostess. Fast service, nice atmosphere. I love this appetizer.

Applebees in Pikeville is a must go to if you love their food. They provided excellent customer service and exceptional food during my visit.

Our server was the sweetest lady. Excellent service and food. Definately worthy of many return visits.

I can't say enough good things about our visit! The food was sensational, my steak was PERFECT and our server was AWESOME! Didn't have to ask him for ANYTHING. Will definitely go back to this Applebee's.

Applebee's does not know how to cook a steak it doesn't matter which one you go to but the server was excellent she was on top of s*** she was awesome And I wish I could remember her name so I could put it in here because she was absolutely the best server I've had in a while There was a group of us and she took great care of us

Love the service's. Great food great server had the best waitress that saying a lot since I went to a lot of restaurants from here to Toledo and all the way to Florida. She was the best that I ever had she needs to over something there I was truly impressed and it takes a lot to impress me.and the 🍷 I had was truly off the chart my man thought it was great cuz you couldn't taste the liquor in it I was really impressed thanks Applebee's for making the day great.

We hadn't been to a Applebee's for a while. So my family and I stopped in. The food was delicious! The waitress was very friendly. It wasn't overwhelming crowded, where you felt so uncomfortable. We all had a great time!

I normally can't stand Applebee's in Frankfort or Georgetown Ky but this one was GREAT.

The quesadilla burger don't live up to its name...

I had a bad experience here once. Chicken was undercooked bad. But this place has absolutely dont a turn around, the staff is always so nice. Always very sweet to the kids when we take them there. Then let's talk about the food, it is absolutely amazing! It is perfect every single time!
