This is an RV park not a hotel.

Nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. Our dog got sick and had to go to the vet--they told me where they took their dog. Very happy--and our dog is doing well!

Would stay there again!

We loved it here. After traveling from the west coast to the east coast and back again, and staying at many rv resorts, this was one of my favorites. Peaceful, large sites, friendly people, great location, huge laundry and shower room. We’ll definitely be back.

Super quiet rv park with some good views of Laughlin. Maintained well and very neat. No junk rvs around the place and their storage area looked organized and tidy. The dog run was clean also. Gentleman at the counter was super helpful with all my questions. Had a great stay and will return.

Part of the package I bought from Colorado River Adventures. A little windy at times but a great pool and hot tub. The people are very friendly and it's close to the airport.

I have had my rv in multiple spots within the resort. The resort is clean and well maintained. They have a pool, spa, and rec room with specials.

The fresh overnight rain made for a beautiful clear crisp air morning perfect for a short walk on the dog trail. The clubhouse, hot tub and pool are well maintained and all have beautiful views. Just far enough from the airport and town that it is very peaceful. Short drive to Oatman and Laughlin.

Small and quiet, but best of all the cottage was my excitement. I like watching tiny house Nation and I had a weekend experience and was quite happy.
But the lady who served the food kept us on toes.🤣
Well 100%be back.

Very nice RV park with a great view of Laughlin! Ever since the new owners took over, there has been a lot of renovations. Previous owners weren't doing anything for the park. I have been staying here for years and will continue to come back. I am also friends with a lot of the members that are in the park and all the negative reviews coming from previous "monthly renters" are BS. They all had plenty of time to find a new place. The previous review that said there were 70 people that got kicked out is a lie. A bunch of them purchased memberships. People need to stop being so salty. Stop bad mouthing a park that you obviously liked since you were there monthly just because new owners took over and you decided not to purchase a membership. There are plenty of other RV parks and they weren't ALL booked up. ANYWAYS don't listen to all the negative people. This is a wonderful park and the park managers said there are more renovations coming soon! (including a bar at the pool)

Peaceful park with good views, a nice short walking trail, and pool/hottub. Management is great and Beverly (the mail lady) is absolutely the best! Close to Laughlin for those who enjoy casinos yet set off the road enough that many locals don't even realize the park is there.

This is not a high-end place, but after being in the area for a month for work and checking out other local parks, this is definitely the best of the bunch for my purposes. If you're like me and don't want to be on a main thoroughfare with a lot of traffic noise (and foot traffic which tends to lead to more problems with thefts) but still be close to everything, this place is perfect. Have more space than other local parks and plenty of room to maneuver your RV. Have everything you need here at a reasonable price in a quiet setting and people are friendly, non meth heads. There's a wash that runs through the middle of the park that empties out onto what I think is Mohave County park property and is a great spot to exercise your dogs. Climb the hill at sunset and get a great view over the Laughlin casinos. The airport is very close and that was one of my bigger concerns when reserving a spot here but this is not a high traffic airport. You have maybe 4 small planes in and out daily and the noise is negligible. Gravel lots with concrete pad, no tables, most sites have a tree or two although shade in Arizona is pretty scarce. Have had no power supply problems. Laundry price just increased but coin machine installed. The dryers are a little weak, they run for 40 minutes and my stuff is never dry the first run, no matter how light the fabric or the load. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Never used any of the showers but they're available if needed. Zero regrets about choosing to stay here.

Very nice, clean place. The people are very friendly.
Fairly new place and more accommodations to come.
Bought into facility on 1st visit and happy we did.
*The review with a star beside it, isn't rating this place, they are actually rating the casino.

This place is awesome!!!!

During the off season it's hot but quite. The pool looked inviting but didn't have time. And the check in manager is very nice.

The bad part is it's part of the Colorado River Adventures membership. The good part is it is the best run Colorado River Adventures park in Arizona. There are advantages and disadvantages to membership camping but we are full-timers wanting to be in AZ in the winter, so the advantages outweigh (six months stay with buyout weeks so you don't have to leave) the disadvantages. We were there with pool, etc., closed due to Covid-19, but the entire park, camping spots, laundry room, restrooms were spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely and gladly stay again.

Love this resort. Well kept up and friendly atmosphere with a beautiful view of Laughlin. The pancakes and biscuits and gravy were plentiful on Saterday and the ice cream social brought forth the biggest banana split me and my wife ever consumed. Friendly staff and members.

We were at the RVParl big spaces, full hookups, 50 amps and close to the casinos in Laughlin. Lots of trails and rockhounding. We always like staying here. The staff are always helpful. We will be back
