These reviews of people giving 1 star because the power was out during the storm really shows why it's important to read the content of a review, and not just the average ratings. Sometimes, people just don't understand how the world actually works. I have had nothing but good service, and because I'm not a clown, I understand they can't control the weather.

All of you people that give 1 star because of the storm power outage should be ashamed of yourselves. It was not their fault the storm damaged power lines. I was without power for 1 1/2 days. What you people need to do is be prepared. For example: A generator for starters is a great piece of equipment to have. Water and fans in your residence are other ideas. So instead of complaining get yourselves more prepared and be responsible. Great job to all of the workers that had to work on Labor Day weekend and in the heat, putting up power poles and getting the electricity back to those ungrateful A-Holes.

I don't understand some of these reviews. Yes, electric is higher here with the AC. Every time I needed to talk to someone at the office they have been extremely nice and helpful.

I have lived at my address centrally located in BHC for over two years. In that time, I have had not one power outage. There was perhaps, one for a few minutes during the day when I was gone, because when I came home, I had to reset the clocks. Today is 8/1/17 and the power went off at about 8:00 PMish, likely due to a large thunderstorm that move through the area. I waited an hour before I got my portable 10KW generator out of the garage. By the time I'd gassed it up and hooked up all the appropriate "cableage"... the power came back on. I sorta' knew it would if I went through all the trouble to set the generator up. In any case, I used to be a government / public safety first responder when service went out. My response time to the trouble site was often an hour and then... well you need time to fix the problem. In this case, my power was back on and I was setting my digital clocks in the house for 9:26 PM. I applaud the fast, efficient and professional work that the good folks at Mohave Electric did to restore my power in such a relatively short time after the large thunderstorm moved through the area. As a former public service employee, I know what dedication it takes to be on call, sometimes 24/7 and the professionalism it takes to get the job done quickly and get people's service back on. I also know you guys are mostly unappreciated. Well here' some appreciation from one BHC resident... Good job boys (and / or girls)!

I've been a customer of Mohave Electric for 15 years, and I've never been treated better by a utility in my life! I've never received a shareholder check from anyone, until my association with this company. Thanks for being honest and open, and thank you folks for all you do for the Kingman/Mohave Valley areas!

I stopped in today to get hooked up in Mojave valley,I dealt with Diane and she was super nice and helpful,I've read alot of bad customer service reviews and I'm thinking their trying to kill the messenger for doing their job

I lived near the Target in Bullhead for 2 years, and I never had any real issues with Mohave Electric. Their customer service was pretty good when I had an issue at the end, and they were courteous.

These people who work at Mohave Electric have been more then Great! to work with, They call back and follow up. I’ve had great customer service there .

The Customer Service Representative's are very friendly and knowlegable. When I having a problem with my metor cover the technician they sent out was punctual very helpful.

In short we were in and out of there with business handled super fast. I guess you could say in a flash ⚡😆

Appreciate this app so much I have a lot. Especially when you new in the area and you don't know how to find your way around

The ladies helped me set up my electricity for my new apartment in about 45 minutes.
