Ed's Discount Mattress

Ed was super honest and helpful. No pressure tactics just let him know what we wanted and he gave us the options he had with the pros and cons. One of my best experiences with a Furniture/ mattress businesses. He even gave us some pointers on finding budget stuff in the area.

We want to thank Lane and Ron for their professionalism in dealing with the faulty mattress we bought there. They replaced it cheerfully and promptly without question. And when the replacement turned out to be faulty, they replaced it again with a newer improved version. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mattress at a reasonable price. Came into town from Needles shopping for a mattress and this was the furthest from my place but worth it compared to the other mattress stores in town. I went to a few other stores and they were either laughable prices or didnt have our price range in stock. Here we paid $800 for a king that was in stock and it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. The gentleman working were nice and helpful not like the cheesy salesmen at the big box stores.

Great Customer Service and Great Prices

Thought it was an alright place at first. Had a problem with the mattress.... Return policy is "We'll order you another firmness and charge for delivery again." All the furniture I've ever bought had a refund policy. I would have even been okay with a restocking fee.

It's Bullhead City, so maybe I had my expectations set too high?

I always found it interesting that Google allows companies to reply, but not the original reviewer. "Best customer service in town" is laughable at best. You're the only place in town without a refund policy. You only have 5 reviews and one of those is from an employee. Seems totally legit.

It absolutely is not "illegal" to sell used mattresses in Arizona. I can link that if you guys want, I know the internet is hard.

Nothing in your reply was true, regarding my bringing my wife back etc... That's okay though, it's not like I'd expect integrity from a business in Bullhead. At least not one that looks like a crack house from the outside. My fault for not listening to my intuition.

"Best any mattress store can offer" lol. Doubtful. It's super easy to replace a mattress when you charge the customer.
