Five Star Jet Ski Rental

Amazing time!!!! The employees were so hospitable, the equipment was perfect, ran great, and cost was very affordable! Buckweed gave us a ride to the launch area and was funny and personable. We were able to do a cash deposit so no waiting time for the deposit. Weeda was such a nice girl who helped us at the counter. This place is family owned and operated which is super cool. Best time ever! Will definitely be back very soon and will rent from them every time.

The people that helped when me and my boyfriend went this past week were so helpful and flexible. The price is probably the best price we’ve found. 150 for 6 hours , and trust me 6 hours is more than enough. We definitely got our moneys worth.

So much fun!! Wida at the front was so nice, & Informative. The guys who towed us to lake gave us alot of info and were AWESOME!!! My only complaint is the gas... they said the boat held 13 gallons of gas there was no gauge to tell me what it was at and when we were turned it they said we had used a full tank of gas... I had rented to Ski-Doos before in Phoenix, filled them up with gas and never had to fill them up again they lasted 2 days so it was kind of concerning, confusing... But whatever... they charge $4 per gallon which is crazy because the gas over here is only 266 a gallon.. I just wish the guy that did the check in and filled up the tank would have showed us, prove it to me that I use the full tank of gas.. they need to check is in the way they checked us out...also be prepared for costs associated with being dropped off, life jackets, cleaning the boat and taxes. But it was an awesome day we had so much fun, the people out on the water or crazy as hell! We only got to keep the vehicle until 5 and they don't let water out of the damn until 1 which is not the rentals fault however be nice to be able to keep it a couple hours more that we can go further down on the lake... Either way the employees were amazing the experience was awesome... We will be back in September! Thank you for a memorable day, a great vacation... be prepared... Came here and rented a jet ski for two hours with my husband. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The process was easy and we didn’t get hit with any surprises, she was upfront about the cost and everything went smoothly. My husband and I had a great time and the jet ski was in great condition. Definitely recommend this place if your looking to rent a jet ski.

Loved the boat we rented. Pricey, but the fun we had on the lake was worth it. Need some AC cranked up for the people coming in filling out the paperwork and watching safety videos lol!

We had a great experience with Five Star Jet Ski Rentals. We rented a pontoon boat and they put it in the water for us and helped us get it back up on the trailer at the end of the day. Super easy process! We had a great day on the river! We will be back!

With my family of 9, we had a really good time in our pontoon. The service was great and nice. The instructions are simple and very reliable. All of the other places were too difficult to understand. Don't go anywhere else!! Ask for WEEDA she is great.

Really great, family owned rental shop. No deceptive practices, no dishonesty. Just a great rental facility with top notch equipment. Our jet ski was fast, fun and we had it all day to ourselves on a trailer. We have rented from other places on the Colorado and non of them compared to the quality and service of 5 star. We will be coming back to them on our next trip to Laughlin.

I've been a long time customer,and by far the most up front and honest jet ski rental place,the owner always explains the contract and renters responsibility throughly along with the safety procedures and the video,as always I record and take pictures and address any concerns BEFORE I get launched,overall it makes for a fun day on the river and when I get picked up and go over to inspection its a breeze,along with the fair prices you get friendly service and I'm going to be a lifetime customer,thanks for always giving me a great experience
