Fagan Branch Lake

This place is grate. I stopped to look around and ended up walking the trail and taking some pictures. Grate place to hike bout a 1.5 mile trail so 3 miles round trip but so worth it. Five stars

This is a gorgeous hike around the lake that is just under 3 miles. The views of the crystal green water are fantastic and the topography is interesting. Highly recommended!

Me and the kid live going here every summer to fish. We always make sure that we clean up our camp afterwards of course, we don’t camp on the site because that would damage the environment. Great place in the month of June. Me and the wife even had our honeymoon here. She wore her dress 😔 I told her it’s not proper fishing attire 😂🤣😕 but I guess she still looked ravishing catching the 30 pound bass! We get good fish here every year. Yet again highly recommend!

This is a great place to fish, relax or hike. Very quiet and peaceful.

There is a nice but hilly 3 mile hiking trail around the lake. The trail can get slick and sloppy if the ground is muddy. There are a variety of fish in the lake, but I've also seen turtles, beaver, geese, deer, turkey, and occasionally a bald eagle.

I work for the water company in 2000 this is the most beautiful Lake I've ever seen in the United States you can see clear to the bottom from the deepest point of Lake the water such quality you can drink it straight from the lake if you dare Marion water company does wonderful job keeping up with this late

This is a beautiful place. It is the clearest water I've ever fished in, and it is the quietest place I have ever been to. At least in the last 40 years.

Breathtaking

Beautiful little lake, great place for kayaking, canoeing, boating (⚠no fuel boats only) and fishing, boat ramp, nice 3.2 mi. walking or hiking trail around it, a few picnic tables and benches along the path, well maintained foot bridges, ideal place to walk your dogs, and experience nature and all its beauty. Restrooms would help make it more user friendly, but overall great experience hiking and kayaking here.

A little hard to fish sometimes but other than that this lake is cleanc, does have nice red ear and bluegill as well as 3-5lb largemouth bass
