Hampton Inn Lebanon

Thank you very conveniently located to a couple distilleries. We had a big dog the grounds are nice! Great for walking your four legged friend. Breakfast was terrific! Loved the little town of Lebanon! If you are visiting make sure to make your way to Mammy's in Bardstown! Chasers in Lebanon! The people iin town are so friendly!

Great staff, rooms were very well maintained, breakfast was much better than i expected, and the pool was amazing. The pool was heated, and it wasn't overy chlorinated. There was a shower and bathroom dedicated to the pool, too.

My only complaints would be that they could use a little maintenance here and there like there was a bit of rust on the drain in our sink

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! If we travel back in that area we will definitely stay there again! They also provide small hot breakfast.

Room was quiet, clean, & not smelly. Bed sheets were clean & crisp. Bathroom & towels were fresh & clean. Breakfast was just right.... good variety of coffee, hot tea, juice, cereals, fruit bowl, eggs & meat. Staff was friendly, smiling, & helpful. Overall appearance of hotel (inside & outside) was clean, no litter or trash, carpet was clean-no evidence of soil or stains.

The room was fabulous.clean and we'll stocked. The people was super nice and happy. The pool used by my girlfriend was warm and clean social distancing. The breakfast the next morning was full of options very impressed with the oven appearance of the building inside and out. All the employees were neat in appearance. Polite and generally happy.

We had 1 light bulb that was blown an another was flickering. I called front desk an reported it an they were prompt. Within 3 mins or less they were there with the new bulbs .breakfast was great both mornings..the cleaning ladys was great .had my hands full of breakfast items , she opened my door for me.

Looking for a place to spend a night on business or after touring Maker's, Dant or ISC? This is the place. The rooms are small, but clean and quiet with hot showers. Breakfast is included in your stay and the staff are friendly. This hotel definitely isn't fancy, but is just fine for a short stay in the area!

Friendly staff, cleaning much more due to COVID it seems like. We had an issue with our shower and as soon as they realized it wasn't fixable quickly they moved us to another room at no charge. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended!

The staff is amazing! Always uber friendly and helpful! Just wish the hot water was more hot and lasted longer.

Nice front desk staff. The facility is just a little bit long in the tooth. (Old) Reasonable maintenance has been done but it's probably time to start refurbishing some of the rooms.

Hot breakfast was nice but you still can't serve yourself. Don't get me started. I'm sure it's still due to some local regulations, nonetheless aggravating. The "business center" is a closet and the printer is not scan capable but I guess that's OK since it's on a shelf almost out of reach above your head. You wouldn't be able to see what you're doing to put a document on it anyway.... maybe as part of refurbishments put in a real business center.

The property was clean, the staff was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shane and Tiffany were over the top welcoming and helpful!

Service is excellent the folks that serve the breakfast outstanding the front desk during the evening and mornings most polite folks I've ever met. And every room has been super clean their would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I currently work at a Hampton Inn in a different county. This is a very nice, clean environment. Everyone was very nice. The only thing I would like to say that I did not like, is there is no refrigerator or microwaves in the rooms. We have a one year old and this would've been very helpful

This is a great location, close to makers mark. We showed up to check in early and they were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great breakfast (get there early while it's hot) with many waffle fixin's, real sausage links as opposed to the rubbery processed junk, fresh fruits. Nice, clean room in great shape. Easy parking,, friendly staff. Well worth a few dollars more.

The place is very nice comfortable rooms and the staff is wonderful. I found the very helpful after we accidentally left some items in our room after checking out.

I stopped here for directions when we were terribly lost and without gps- the man at the font desk saved us! He gave amazingly detailed directions that were so easy to follow! So grateful!!! Also the hotel itself looked really nice, I'd definitely stay there the next time I find myself in town!
