My insurance rates have been affordable. I have not had an issue with this agency. If you are looking for affordable insurance this company is great. The London location office that I have had to visit the staff are friendly and try to get you the best policy for your needs.

They was awesome.. great customer service and all of them I have talked to has been very polite. We had an accident a very long way from home and they had us a rental in 24 hours because we had to have one very quick so we could get home. I was very impressed with how quick they worked to get everything settled. I will always be a customer.

Ok - I previously had given them a rough review but I am changing it now. I wrecked my bike a while back and they took FOREVER getting the claim processed, but I was apparently the first claim they had ever done. I am going to give them a 5 star because after it was all said & done they were very apologetic and responsive once they had everything worked out. The price is really good, they are very friendly, and I have my house and vehicle insured with them as well. 9/10 would recommend.

Great insurance company! Some of the best rates and customer service. I only insure through them in Laurel/London branch. My family has always used them and I can see why.

I recently moved from Campbellsville,Ky to Somerset, Ky and since I'd had Insurance with Ky Farm Bureau in Campbellsville for 16 years an knew everyone in that office I was really dreading having to switch to a new Office but to my Surprise Everyone was really nice an very helpful just like the Campbellsville Ky Farm B Office... : ) Now if My insurance was a little cheaper that would be Awesome !!! Thanks for having great Customer service as always, now a days that is a rare find...
