Theresa is awesome. I been letting Theresa due my taxes every year. She takes her time and explain everything she doing she is A one. If anyone wants awesome person file there taxes Drive on over to London Kentucky to Jackson Hewitt and see Theresa.

Tax preparer is very professional, accurate, helpful and knowledgeable.
He explained and made suggestions regarding the tax return and ways to improve on better return results for the following year.

I've filed taxes through JH for 5 years now, I’ve always filed at the London office due to the convenient location & the first few years Trish done my taxes & she was absolutely amazing always super friendly, worked super hard to get the max refund & helped with anything I needed but one year I didn’t get to make an appointment so when I went in she was already seeing a client so I was called over to Drew’s desk & honestly I was scared that he wouldn’t be as amazing as Trish or get me the max refund but he was just as amazing; he was super fast, answered all my questions which was a lot lol I started getting even more back than I had the previous years & he’s so friendly & honestly cares about his customers, whether you need help getting your papers ready for filing or dealing with the IRS he does every single thing he can to help & assure that you get your refund! Drew is by far my favorite person & honestly I wouldn’t wanna see anyone else but all the staff is amazing 🖤 I also love how JH offers a refund advance that’s before Christmas because let’s be honest we all could use extra Christmas cash & it’s even better when you don’t have to pay anything back except the cash you got! I would never use another company after dealing with quiet a few before finally trying out Jackson Hewitt, not only is the staff all amazing but the office always has something to keep the kids occupied while your filing your taxes & as complimentary for the customers! I would overall rate them a 10/10!
