Great place to meet up and have a drink and good food. Bar food that is as heavy or light as you want. Great fried mushrooms.

Me and my fiancé rode our Indian motorcycle there from Lexington,Tn and had a real good experience. The food was fantastic our server Emma G was wonderful.

First time to visit. Great atmosphere and our waitress Paige was so great !! She was so sweet and checking on us the whole time. Highly recommend. We were there to see the Band Kelso MOJO and they totally rocked it and the venue had great accustics.

The spicy mac& cheese was Delicious and not to spicy and mursh swiss burger was good too

Outstanding dinner. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and it was awesome. Great flavor, great heat. I got onion rings with it and they were also great.

My wife had the Boring Chicken sandwich with the Jamaican Jerk flavor, and it was great. It had good heat to it. She had it with a side salad that was as expected.

Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was fine, and it was filling up, as we were early to dinner, around 5pm.

I highly recommend this place.

Love this place the oversized soft pretzel with beer cheese is my favorite. The service is friendly and fast. Sometimes it gets a little loud to have a conversation, but the live music sounds great!

This was the first time eating at The Southern State and what a great place. The burgers were cooked perfectly and loved the shoestring fries. Also tried the BBQ soft shell tacos and what an awesome combination. The potato skins and cheese sticks were excellent to nibble on. We even took dessert to go. Very family friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the 5 star service!

My in-laws and I had a great experience. The service was great and the food was good and moderately priced. We were there on trivia night (Tues), we didn't play but was excited that the option exists. I'm happy to have a chill sports bar in the area!

Great atmosphere, and the owners are some of the best people iv even known in my life. You just cannot get better than Southern State. Fun for the entire family. You will not regret going. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Great atmosphere, bartender was very nice and gave great recommendations. Food came out quick and hot and was absolutely delicious.

This place was awesome. The waitress answered all of our questions. Was happy to explain anything we asked about. The food was fabulous. I highly recommend the pretzel!!!

We came from Paducah tonight to my hometown and had a great time singing "Kellyoke". My hubby had a burger that was very good and the shrimp quesadilla was excellent! We will be back.

This was my first time eat ing at Southern State, it was really freaking great!. I recommend the Southern burger, man alive, it was delicious!!!! We found our new spot!
