Tombstone Silver Nickel Cabin

This cabin is amazing. Really lovely Host's. Lovely little house with everything you could possibly need And very comfy bed. Lovely shower. Wildlife outside amazing on an early evening sat out on porch watching rabbits and road runners. Absolutely loved this part of our road trip. I dont want to go home. We spent the last evening around the fire pit. Looking out at the beautiful views

Peaceful and serene. Here for a month. Would love to return. Mountains all around, and yet only minutes from the town too tough to die - Tombstone. Our hosts John & Gwen were great.

A wonderful 2 night stay in the Silver Nickel Cabin. A tranquil setting with the best views. The only sounds we heard were the wind and wildlife. Great porch for enjoying early morning coffee. The cabin is decorated nicely with a great large bath area. The location to Tombstone is only a short drive. John and Gwyn were great hosts and we truly enjoyed our evening shared with them. We had a great visit to the Silver Nickel Cabin. Do you like wide-open spaces? You'll get them at this cabin! The views go on and on and most of the other residents are hundreds of feet away. The silence is wonderful. The stars are bright!. Our hosts greeted us in a memorable way (I'm not going to give away the secret) and the cabin was stocked with water, coffee, creamer, and a camp fire was ready to light. We highly recommend this place!

Quaint little cabin approximately 15 minutes from historic Tombstone. We received a warm welcome from John and Gwyn as they said in unison: “Welcome to the Tombstone Silver Nickle Cabin - yeehaw!” They were so thorough in providing us a cabin tour along with details on how to operate the switches inside. Having been to Tombstone for the 5th time, this was by far the BEST experience as we saw various animal sightings near the property and along the dirt/rocky roads (quails, roadrunners, jackrabbits, bunnies, various colored birds, hummingbirds, and large grasshoppers). The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely spectacular and magnificent! As a photography aficionado, I appreciated the various photo opportunities and took advantage! The directions to get to the cabin are not difficult at all. It is a studio cabin that fits 4 people so we bought an extra air mattress and we were great! I had to telework from the cabin but it was fine and the Internet connection was strong. John and Gwyn were kind enough to provide us bug spray as we had trouble finding it at the Family Dollar. In addition, we forgot to buy milk for our coffee and John brought a small bottle over. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting tombstone that wants to have a true old west experience while appreciating the mountains and nature.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at the Silver Nickel and will recommend it to our friends that may visit Tombstone. It was so relaxing to sit out on the deck and just take in the views and enjoyed how quiet it was. John and Gwyn were great hosts. We will be back the next time we visit this area.

Our stay at the Silver Nickel cabin was exactly as excellent as everyone says. But really they go over the top (down to a flashlight). Extra surprising was the wealth of trip/tour info they’ve prepared for guests, making the tiny cabin an excellent base for day trips.

Beautiful place in the desert outside of Tombstone - our hosts, John and Gwyn, went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay :) Highly recommend Silver Nickel Cabins - if you like waking up to the smell of Desert Roses, this rental is for you!

We stayed from 12/15 to 12/21 n had the beat time, the cabin was awesome n the owners were super friendly made u feel welcome n everything was supplied for us. I would recommend this cabin for a great get away from the city hustle and bustle.
