Fork And Finger Restaurant

Went for lunch, and the cheeseburger and soup were really good. Soup was a pretty small portion. Better than cake was delicious. The cake is so good I will make a special trip there to just get the cake to take home.

Everything was excellent. They were having a special on their salmon patties that usually aren't on the menu and they were delicious! Highly recommend. Their cheeseburgers are awesome too and of course you can't pass up any of the desserts!

We've stopped in several times over the years with the new location being located on the western edge of the Historic Boneyfiddle District on 2nd Street near the Portsmouth Brewery. This homey location draws a local crowd and it's easy to see why. The service is top notch and the food is worth a several hour trip. If you stop in make sure that you give the desserts a try!

Clean. A bit pricey. Plays classic rock. Most tables seat four and are located in the center of the room. Three booths that face into the dining room are available. Well lit but not annoyingly so. Parking is available but it is not close to the door. Street parking is closer but location is not in the best part of town. Staff friendly. Relaxed environment.

I am new to Portsmouth area and was wanting some fish and chips to take home for my wife and I. There is another restaurant in the area that has f&chips, but they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I found F&F on Google maps and it had good reviews for f&chips. Ordered takeout and they were some of the best fish and chips we have had. Very friendly staff. We will be back in and try some of their other items. It's nice to find places like this when you are new to the area.

If you're looking for great home cooked food and absolutely delectable desserts then this is the place!! I love eating here. The fried chicken is better than most places that I've ever had. But my favorite is the chocolate cake.

Quaint little diner style sit down restaurant. First time visiting good service, friendly staff. Fast to serve food ordered. Very reasonably priced menu Had the traditional club sandwich, it was very good. Will go back. Looked like they offer live music a couple evenings a week. Located on 2nd Street in Portsmouth, Ohio. Check the place out.

Everything I have ordered from fork and finger has been delicious. I try to get different things when I do go but the Taco salad is the bomb and alllll the desserts are amazing !! Very nice atmosphere.

Food was prepared fast, service is always great and the sweets options are amazing.

Simply the best home cooking in the area. Generous portions and great choices. I reccomend the baked steak, fried chicken livers, spaghetti with meat sauce, fish and chips, and the dessert case is unbelievable! Gerrie really makes you feel at home.

Eat lunch at this little diner today food was very good prices are great service was great very friendly place was packed up and checking out I saw the bakery case out front I couldn’t believe how delicious all these homemade goodies looked! I will definitely be back in if you’re in Portsmouth Ohio make sure you pay this place a visit and tip these ladies well!

We love seeing the desert display case as soon as we walk through the door. The place is always hustling, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food is well done classic dinner food.

Love this little "mom & pop" style diner. Nothing fancy, just good ol' homemade food with good size proportions.

If I could change anything, it would be their hours. They close fairly early.

Tasty food and awesome service. Absolutely love the chicken livers and you get a hefty serving. Desserts are amazing and again big servings! Last time I was there (I believe the guys name was John Baker) was playing some beautiful music. I really enjoyed it! See ya soon!!!
