Having a loved one pass away is the most devastating thing someone can endure. The flood of emotions and stress that takes place can leave you feeling hopeless and unsure of what needs to be done to prepare your family. Death is inevitable. It is something we all fear but we must face. My Mother-In-Law recently passed away and having the Norris & New family helping us through our tragic loss was the most warming experience one could hope to have under the circumstances. From the moment we walked through their doors, we were treated like family. The respect, kindness, and love we were shown was heartwarming. They made an uncomfortable situation, comfortable. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They have literally thought of everything. Gary was a Godsend and Sara puts her heart into everything she touches. The entire staff was incredible, from start to finish. They're a small town business that give you upscale treatment. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend the Norris & New family to meet and exceed all of your needs.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice, neat and clean. They made everyone feel welcome. I would recommend them to anyone.
