I used these guys for service for my Ram 1500 a few months ago and and they did a wonderful job. I had a small oil leak develop and wasn't sure where it was coming from. At my last oil change at the dealership, I mentioned it, they looked it over and said they couldn't find anything. Leak was still happening.

Through a friend, I heard about this place and thought I'd give them a try. When I explained the problem to James, the owner, he knew exactly what it was. We popped my hood and he verified it within seconds. It was the oil filter/cooler housing. He told me this was a common issue with my year model Ram and he's repaired a lot of them with that issue. Because I had a trip I needed to take in a few days he was able to get it fixed the next day.

The price he quoted was very fair and from googling different dealership prices, he charged at least half of what a dealer would of charged. Their facility is large, clean and they have certifications in various vehicle repairs, including Mopar,. It's now been about 3-4 months since the repair and everything is running smoothly. No more leaks.

I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. You can see by the other reviews that everyone has a positive experience here. James is a really nice, competent and fair person who did a great job with my repair.

The service I get at 1st Choice really is top of the line. I appreciate James Morris (owner) for his honesty and flexibility of getting my car back to me as soon as possible. He told me upfront what would happen if I continued to wait on the brakes and the costly consequences. He said he would give me a good deal--and he did.
I got 2 new tires that were needed at a very good price and I got new brakes for my 2012 Camry and he had my car ready the next day. By the way, he and his team do oil changes at a very good rate as well.

I will be going back to 1st Choice. I fully recommend this place for car repair and oil changes.

James and Tamyra have gone above and beyond in customer service for me even with a last minute fix before i left town for 2 weeks. They both made sure i was safe and happy with the work done. 1st Choice did a great job repairing my 2015 Silverado that had AFM lifter and cam problems. One part they needed for the repair was on backorder, but they tracked it down on eBay so they could get my truck back to me sooner. They communicated with me throughout the process and the prices were very fair - would highly recommend this shop.

James is an excellent mechanic and an even better guy!! You won't find anyone better in the area. Go see James and you'll never go to another shop!!

Called several places and the man I spoke to was quick and knowledgeable. Price was the number one reason we chose this place. We drive an F250 diesel so repairs can be expensive. We chose this shop because of price and the friendly and knowledgeable discussion he took the time from his busy morning to have with me. And I’m glad we did! We will keep his number in case we need anything else. He said it would take two days or better. The truck was ready the next day. And it’s like a new truck now! It’s an older truck but we love it, now we love it more! Thank you for the speedy repair and the time you took on the phone with questions. Friendly service is important to us.

I was looking for someone do do the breaks on my car and James got me in within one business day, had my car back on the road for less then he originally quoted me, and really communicated well with me throughout the whole process. James is an honest business owner who looks out for his customers. I have been using another shop for 7+ years, and I have noticed they have been pricing themselves out of jobs they didn't want. Looked for another shop, and found James and he made a similar diagnosis (not as much needed to be fixed as they said) and found an engine coolant leak that had not been diagnosed due to a connection that had been rusted through. Fixed it for significantly less than the other estimate. As an aside - 6 years ago, I was changing my tire in a Casey's parking lot and a guy came up and asked if I needed help. I told him I was managing, but he insisted that he help me get it changed. He told me he worked across the street at the car dealer shop. When I dropped off my car, James and I were talking and when he mentioned one of the places he worked at in the past, I asked if he helped a guy 6 years ago change a tire in the Casey's parking lot - it was him. Both of my experiences with James have been beyond any expectations. His shop will be the only ones working on my cars going forward!

I had such an amazing experience here will definitely be back in the future for any needed car repairs. The owner and wife were very nice to me and my children and kept them entertained while our truck was being worked on.! Even gave them hats afterwards. Owner is very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a vehicle fixed.!

Great staff, took my 2014 dodge ram 1500 in for lifter and cam replacement. Everyone was really nice and worked really hard to get me back on the road within the week. Will definitely be using these guys for all future auto repairs.

I had a fantastic experience here. I was initially quoted $6200 for engine repair, struts, and power window repair by the Chevy dealer in Springdale, and thought I would need a new car. James at First Choice was able to fix all the issues with my Chevy Cruze for 1/4 of the price and got it done the same day I brought my car in. Highly recommend this shop and I’ll be back the next time any of my vehicles needs something done.
