We ate breakfast here on a Friday morning. The waitress was very friendly and did a good job taking care of our family. The coffee was a surprise- very good! Food was all exactly as ordered and described in the menu. We would return if in the area again.

We had burgers, very good! Lots of fresh sliced onions! Tomatoes and lettuce. I added the salad bar, he had the fries... which were great fresh cut. Under $15!!
Definitely will stop again when we happen to be in the area.

Love the Southern charm of the waitstaff staff and great Soul Food! The Trashalachee breakfast plate is a go-to for breakfast. And the salad bar for lunch/dinner is always a favorite!

Very good down home southern cooking. Hospitality was awesome people are very nice staff and customers together very laid-back.

Great little place to stop and eat. Good country fried steak and mashed potatoes. My husband enjoyed his cubed chicken with peppers and onions. Our waitresses were very friendly and attentive.

In town visiting with family and we went here to eat after church. Beautiful local art on display.

Local hometown sorta place where they all know each other’s name. Easy parking, easy to find, service was awesome our service was very personal, friendly and new her food. It was delicious as could be. Recommend the fried catfish enough to share coupled with a trip to the buffet for cornbread casserole, Lima beans, collards and cornbread. Time for a nap! What a wonderful surprise passing through from Tampa. this is better than the restaurant we were intending to go to but passed right by it on the highway. The lunch bar was very good and including the dessert and salad bar. There were lots of menu selections and my husband loved his choices as well. I even ordered two burger patties for my dog. Service was outstanding and super friendly. Prices were very good. I wish this was closer to where I live.

I love this place! It’s a place where lots of locals eat. The buffet is outstanding - especially the turnip greens and fried chicken! And you just can’t beat an all you can eat buffet for ten bucks. Our server was very friendly, chatty, and proficient. We will return the next time we are in this area!

Great prices, good sized portions... And they have country fried steak... Ha! But seriously I love the country fried steak..they are also willing to stick the gravy in a cup on the side for me. We just moved here a few months back, and this has already become one of our favorites.

Hometown diner, great food and service. Relaxed gathering place for the locals but we were welcomed warmly.

Country cooking just right. A small little buffet with enough good food to satisfy you. Like grandma used to make it. Fried chicken crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Catfish was not on the bar but made-to-order. My husband said it was some of the best fried fish he's eaten. Cheese grits were perfect. Our waitress, Regina, was nice and friendly. She was very prompt with all requests. We recommend! We will be back!

This is a family owned restaurant with down to earth service and atmosphere. It has good home cooked food. The establishment is frequented by locals, and they do a good quantity of take outs. Worth the visit.

We just stopped through on our road trip and had the most delicious, “home” cooked meal. We both got the small portion and we had so much food!! i would have had the fried chicken, but we got there close to closing, so went with the grilled chop (which turned out so tender), real mashed potatoes and delicious crispy fried okra. My husband had the hamburger steak, with grilled onions and brown gravy, mashed potatoes and fried okra. Both meals came with a roll, which was lightly grilled. Everything was delicious and our wait staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will be back when we come this way again. I want to try their fried chicken.

Very nice atmosphere and you get a lot of food for what you pay for. I'd highly recommend if your in the area.

Recently, I ordered some home fries and they were soggy, which I didnt enjoy. My waitress noticed and was happy to get me some nornal fries free of charge without asking. That's just the type of service you'll come to find at this restaurant.

Amazing service and the very best biscuits (and sausage gravy) you will ever have! Husbands omelette was fantastic as was my son's pancake and bacon. I also had the salad bar (I was so excited to see the salad bar when we walked in). Every single vegetable and piece of meat in the omelette and gravy was cut to the exact same size. That may not seem like a big deal to most people, but as a chef, it shows that the person preparing the food cares as much about what it looks like as what it tastes like. The biscuits were so tender and delicious (and huge!). We are thrilled that we stopped in today for the first time, but will be sure to make it a habit on our future trips east.
