I would like to say that I have never experienced anything quite like this. I am a very picky buyer. I called every dealer from Miami to California for the best prices and best reviews. I went by reliable marine atleast 4x before pulling the trigger. I got to say it was the best decision I ever made. Ruben and Jerry both helped me out and answered all my questions, and removed all my concerns.

Although they had the engines in stock, they told me it would take 6 weeks for installation because they had a lot of people waiting for install. Although this wasn't ideal, all other dealers didn't even have engines in stock anyway! I was told to bring in the boat on monday and it will be ready Friday and you will do a sea trial with Ruben.

As you can imagine, doing business in Miami is always scary and seldom does anything ever go as planned. With reliable marine, I got to tell you, it went exactly as I was told. I dropped my boat off on Monday, and I was Kept in the loop and had installer call throughout the week, asking me to see what I preferred to do. Came Friday boat was ready and did sea trial with Rubin as advertised.

The boat ran great, and I was back on the water running better than ever. I would never go anywhere else for repower or service. What an amazing team and experience I had. Thank you so much Ruben, Jerry and the entire team at Reliable Marine.

Reliable Marine! It’s all in the name! From quality and craftsmanship to men and women of follow-up! Jerry in the office, and in the shop is very personable and knowledgeable. Ruben, the owner, is hands-on in every step of the way! The guy is everywhere! He’s in the shop, he’s in the office, he’s on sea trials, and he's personally ready to tune every re- power to perfection through testing and tuning with props, etc. Your boat's not leaving unless it’s right. My experience was like none other that I’m used to in this place that we call Miami ;) every part, and every hurdle we faced on my re-power was taken and resolved head on with quick answers and resolutions. Hands-down the guys know what they’re doing, and procrastination is not in their vocabulary. I would take every and any boat that I ever have to them without even thinking about it. Reuben and the staff at reliable marine are first class all the way. He is the most responsive business owner in all of miami across all businesses. He personally returned all of my calls the few times i couldn't reach him. He told me from he beginning what the wait time was, and it was spot on. Now that the motors are on my boat everything works like a dream. The motors are incredibly quiet and the performance is better than i expected.

I called every dealer in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and Reliable marine had the most aggressive pricing in the industry.

When I decided to repower, I did a lot of shopping around. I did get great prices from some competitors but the wait time was long, as expected. When I called Reliable Marine, Ruben advised me that he couldn't provide a time frame when the engine would arrive. His pricing beat every other estimate I was given. So, I decided to to with Reliable Marine. Fortunately, Ruben had an engine for me in about a month. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Always took the time to make sure I understood everything about the new engine. Recently, I took my Suzuki back for the 20 hour maintenance and I was in and out the same day. I had left a deposit at Gables Motorsports for a 300hp Suzuki motor. After waiting 4 weeks I decided to call other dealers around because Gables Motorsports said they had no idea where my motor was. I called Reliable Marine and spoke with Reuben. Reuben was very knowledgeable and guaranteed my motor by the end of the week. He was not lying! Very rarely do you ever encounter a company that does what they said they were going to do, and Reliable Marine did just that! Reuben had my motor installed and sea trialing in exactly 1 week after I gave my deposit. Having dealt with a few boat mechanics Ruben at Reliable Marine is excellent. Very honest, always looks for the best value, and unlike other guys he doesn't try to sell you any service you don't need. I brought him boat and he called me to tell me what needed service and what didn't. They've serviced my boat at the dock and he's trailered it out. It's been a month since I picked up my boat so I figured it was time to leave a review. First off Reuben and his team are stand up people. Getting a boat repowered during the pandemic has been an absolute challenge in terms of timing and availability. The engines I chose were on backorder country wide for over 100 days. I called every dealer in south florida and reliable were the only ones honest enough to say "we don't know when they will come in" but assured me that as soon as they arrived from Japan install would be expedited. I was never given any empty promises only realistic explanations of the situation. The pricing was fair, the work was done timely, and the overall installation was excellent. I would definitely do business with this crew again.

When I shopped for my twin outboards they had engines when everyone els was telling me 5to 6 months wait time they also had the best over all price . I was in and out in 3 days I was very happy with my new motors they got the new set up right the first time no prop sapping or having to bring the boat back to change the height. They got it right the first time .
