My parents have started going to this clinic and they love doctor and the staff, they got their Covid-19 vaccine thanks to the staff who scheduled their appointment. They have never been treated better than at this clinic

The most professional and dedicated medical clinic in Homestead, they have looked after my grandmother with care and respect and she loves the activity center, the gym and all the extra services that the clinic provides.

Excellent clinic, the staff is super friendly and professional and the doctors are the best, they truly care about your health here

Muy buen servicio de parte de todo el personal, los médicos muy acertado y con calidad humana, principalmente la Dra Diana Iglesias y todo su equipo, además a una asistente médica llamada Michel Ramos que tiene una dulzura y amabilidad para con los pacientes excepcional, muy alegre y dulce, gracias por todo lo que hacen por las personas de la tercera edad. They do not take aches and pains into serious consideration and simply resort to injections or creams. My grandmother had severe abdominal pain that they said was simply because of her age and administered injections. Pain became unbearable, took her to the ER and come to find out she had Appendicitis. Doctor had told us if we waited any longer it could have ruptured and she could have died. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Mercedes Medical Center , this is the worst clinic. Anybody could go to this clinic Has has poor Attendance, the doctor there, Ramiro, pan is the worst doctor you could go to my mom had a surgery schedule for Monday and on Friday when she went to get the consent for the surgery he gave her some runaround and never gave her the paper. On the contrary he scored her out of the clinic and told her never to come back. This clinic is the worst clinic anybody could go to I wouldn’t even recommend it to my family and friends.

Made my mother wait over 2.5 hrs while she is going through chemo so she is extremely tired and in pain had the bus driver go pick up other clients while she waits in the bus it’s hot and the driver is taking smoke brakes while she is in the bus waiting to go home then took her back the the doc office to make more drops while she was suppose to be home to take her meds and get food and rest the manager of the clinic was rude and very un helpful she didn’t try to communicate with my mother she just tossed her. Hands up like she didn’tcare this is not how no one should be treated let alone and elderly lady

I do not recommend this clinic. The staff fails to listen to the aches and pain of the patients. Unprofessional! And list goes on ... lack of medical expertise.

Your Employees need to leave parking SPACES for the people that come and do their LAUNDRY. We have to park so far, theres people with HEALTH PROBLEMS that cant walk far and Carrie their baskets.
