Cold Stone Creamery Amelia Island

Cold Stone Creamery Amelia Island is amazing! The servers are friendly. There are small tables for dining inside. Everything was so clean. They offer a huge variety of flavors and combinations of toppings. Our waffle bowls were hand dipped in chocolate. Everything was delicious! Our ice cream stayed cold for a long time. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience dining here for desserts in Fernandina Beach in Amelia Island. We will definitely be back again soon!

Oh my icecream!! This is the place to stop in when you come to the Island. Bella was the one who greeted us when the doors opened. ( I forgot to check the hours,so if your traveling that might be something to do before hand😉)
This location is clean, smelled AMAZING LY , Yummy ,is well stocked & Bella was super helpful ,friendly & patient lol there were so many yummy flavors to choose from! They also have icecream cake and Pie?!😛

Brayden is super sweet and conversational! He makes great ice cream, but I was kinda disappointed to see that he was the only one working when the store was very packed with families! He definitely deserves a raise.

Not a lot of people in town this season, which makes this premium ice cream destination a must-do! They take your selection and mix it (or not) as you choose. Pictured is a "strawberry blonde" waffle cone.

This is hands down one of my absolute favorite places to get ice cream! There’s different flavors to choose from & many different toppings. The customer service here is fantastic & the store front is always clean!
I always love trying the new flavors but am a creature of habit & get the same thing every time.... chocolate ice cream with yellow cake, give it a try it won’t disappoint!!

The trainees are so nice and well trained! Especially Bella and Kaden! And Eille does an amazing job at training and leading others to the right path!The ice cream here is superb 👍!

We brought a few friends here after dinner. When we walked in, all three staff members were busy helping a large family get all their orders done- a huge challenge as there were probably about twelve of them. The staff did not mozy around, but worked hard and quickly. When the family was done, I wouldn't have minded or been surprised if they had asked us to give them a moment to clean up, but they immediately turned and asked what they could help us with. The gentleman who helped me made sure he understood what I wanted, which I appreciate. As always, the icecream was great and I was just really wowed by the perseverance of the staff and the professionalism I saw.
We stayed and ate in the restaurant and I noted that the staff worked together to get chores done in downtime.
This is a great place to go and my only regret is that I don't live close enough to visit during the week.

Very long line but workers were diligent. Worked very fast to make sure each customer got what they wanted! Everyone seemed to enjoy!

I went for ice cream yesterday and a young gentleman named Cameron helped me with my order and did an awesome job. I will definitely be back to this store for more ice cream. It's nice to see a young man with a great work ethic.

Was in town for the weekend and stopped here. It was delicious. Nice clean building and friendly staff.

Fixed our ice cream really quickly. They weren't very busy for a Sunday afternoon. Friendly staff. Lots of patio seating but they didn't have a trash can on the patio.

Just left the Coldstone on Sadler in Fernandina Beach.  Had to write a review about the service.   From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the most welcoming voices eyes that smiled so bright you could tell she had an overwhelming smile underneath that mask.  Her name tag said Kate.  She was such a warm, inviting,  courteous person who displayed IMPECCABLE customer service.   So much so after I left I doubled back to get her full name (Kate Kinsey) immediately went to the company website and sent a positive customer service response. In a world full of uncertainty we all should be a Kate Kinsey.   I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.   I suspect anything she does she will shine bright doing so.  Well done, Kate!😊

Best I’ve cream ever!

I had a very long day from college and my job. I haven’t been to cold stone in quite some time. A forgotten memory from my childhood until I happened to pass by this location. I was having a tough time deciding what I would like to order, and this young lady with pink hair was accommodating, patient, and sweet. She made my day by flipping my frown upside down. If I’m not mistaken, her name was Maggie. It’s like you won the lottery by meeting such a kind soul. Don’t sleep on Butter Pecan!

Outstanding service from the Cold Stone team tonight. We went in within 35 mins of closing time and the staff provided cheerful friendly service quickly making our order as if they just opened. Really appreciate their effort in serving us!

We love coming here when passing through. Always great service and great ice cream!
