I had a special request for fish that this store does not normally stock. They were very helpful and got me the fish I needed and kept me informed of their arrival so I could pick them up and get them to my destination. The personnel were friendly and helpful. I was delighted with the service!

I have been going to the Pet Supermarket on Sadler Rd. in Fernandina Beach, FL for the last 5 years. Have ALWAYS received prompt, courteous service on every visit. I average about 2 to 3 trips every week. Alex and the ENTIRE team has never let me down. Whether it is pointing me in the right direction of certain appropriate items or the most cost effective manner of my purchases. Keep up the GREAT WORK ALEX AND THE WHOLE TEAM!!

Love this store and this staff. Super helpful. Alex is the best manager ever! I had so many problems with the water for my Glofish and he worked with me for over a week to get it right. He personally tested the water, helped me find all the perfect supplies and now a month later, I still find it so relaxing to watch these beautiful fish. Thanks Alex, Cat and all the staff for working with this rookie fish owner, ya'll are the best!

This is my go to pet store! Alex does such a great job, All the employees are always extremely friendly and helpful, we are always greeted when we walk in the door. The store is always clean and well organized, its so easy to find everything that I go in looking for. My dogs enjoy going into the store and as a dog trainer, I take my client dogs with me as well sometimes its great exposure for them and the staff always makes us feel welcome. Such a good team is really the outcome of how great their management is!

Un, be, leave, able! The store was great. The fish seemed happy and healthy but TJ and Becca made the visit special. They let our kids touch some of the animals and did it with such a fun and happy attitude that it truly made the kid's day! Pet Supermarket deserves 6 stars.

I guess we would be called foster "failures," and in a crazy turn of events we were faced with trying to get all our new family members' supplies at the last minute. Pet Supermarket in Fernandina Beach saved us! Not only did they open their doors to us after closing, but they still took the time to stop and help us find everything we needed. They were very kind, and I am forever grateful, and this store has all of our future business! These will be some seriously spoiled kittens.

I lived in the area for 5 years and each and every time I was in the store the employees were always so helpful and accommodating. They always helped me carry bags of dog food to my car and when I had 2 kids, everyone went above and beyond to help me out. The store manager was always nice and welcoming and I felt like they sold me the right products for my dog and never tried to upsell me. Best place to go for your fur babies hands down! That manager does an incredible job! Thank you for all your help these past 5 years!!

I'm new to the area and I've recently been entrusted with caring for my son's chameleon. The staff at Pet Supermaket have been so great! Shout out to each and everyone of them with helping supply crickets for Luna! Very friendly!

Pet supermarket on the island has everything we need for our pups. The staff is very helpful with advice and always offer to carry the giant bag of food for me when I need it.

My dog loves coming here! The employees are so friendly and always remember her name. The store manager Alex is always such a dominant positive force and is such a big help, continuously recommending products that are actually beneficial for my dogs health. The staff is all very informed and knowledgeable as well, providing their own experiences as well as their customers. I genuinely feel they love all the animals that come in as if they were truly their own. I appreciate every time going there, not to mention how excited my dog, Sona, gets when she smells where we are.

I initially left a 1 star review because I had an issue with a purchase. When I left the review, I really didn't expect anything to come of it. But, Alex and corporate went above and beyond to help mend the situation. Their customer service and ability to fix a mistake is amazing. It's not something you see often anymore. Elizabeth, sweet cashier, at Fernandina Beach pet store on Saturday evening, was so helpful. We just adopted dog from Nassau Humane Society and needed supplies. The store was clean and offered plenty of items to become responsible pet owner.

The store manager, Alex, has been super helpful. We are new to fish ownership and thought it was easy. We were quite wrong, but for every question and mistake we have found Alex a source of helpful information! We called by phone with questions and we have visited the store multiple times and Alex was kind and helpful every time. The store stocks a nice selection of fish , fish supplies (including live plants) and all levels of equipment. Its nice to have a local pet store with such a large variety of supplies and knowledgeable staff. We don’t have a dog or a cat but as a professional dog trainer, i can see that the store also supplies a wide variety of dog necessities. Glad to have this store and Alex in the neighborhood.
