We hired Coating Masters to paint our home exterior walls, trim and exterior doors. George and his crew did an excellent job and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Coating Masters transformed our entire house, including our garage into a brand new home! We recently bought a home and it needed complete face lift! They worked diligently and professionally to tackle this large job. They not only painted the whole house but also changed the look of our kitchen and garage! They painted our kitchen cabinets and resurfaced our garage floors with the speckled epoxy look! You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least get a quote from these guys! Wonderful, family owned business! They beat out everyone's quote and were so easy to work with! They pressure washed, sealed, and double coated the house with paint. Our house looks brand new and we are thrilled with the results!

Coating Masters, Inc are painting my house now. Selected them from Google Review, which is killing Angie's List. Jorge lives near me. I google-viewed his house. I got a 2nd quote, Jorge's quote was better. We talked paint - he gets a better Sherwin-Williams paint at a cheaper price than I can at retail. Their work crew is through, and the job is nearly done after 2nd day. I went out to inspect a few times. I'm a satisfied customer.

I rely heavily on reviews, so even though it's uncomfortable to leave this review, here it goes. I hired Jorge and his crew for a complete interior re-paint and popcorn ceiling removal. They showed up as expected the first day, and the first week I was very pleased and things were moving along. Mid-way through the job they started showing up more irregularly. Toward the end of the job, Jorge told me they would come back to finish the last part (the garage) and I paid him for the bulk of the job. I wish I had inspected more thoroughly before he left that day, as I didn't realize much of the trim wasn't done, a couple of doors were missed, etc.

They never finished. They were supposed to return April 29 with the plan to finish the job April 29-30, and we worked hard to make sure everything was ready for their return. April 30 they came for a few hours to prep the garage and never came back. We stayed out of the home those days because we expected the crew to be busy painting. By the end of day I asked Jorge and he said they would be back Monday May 2. Then he said his mom was in the hospital. Didn't send the crew. By midweek still no crew, so finally we tried to do some of the paint ourselves. Only problem is the paint didn't match. Jorge didn't give me a straight answer about which paint was used or when he would return. So I called Sherwin Williams myself and found out the paint didn't match because Coating Masters didn't use the "upgraded" paint in our contract but instead a less expensive paint.

Finally I had to hire another painter to help and found out that the paint was peeling off the trim in many places. Turns out this was because the trim was dusty from the popcorn ceiling removal and not cleaned before spraying with paint. We had to sand and re-do much of the job already paid for to Coating Masters.

Although their quote was lower than the other quote I got, this headache wasn't worth it. The money I already paid to Jorge wasn't worth what was actually done & the products we agreed upon weren't used.
