Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals and Property Management

We certainly enjoyed our stay! The condo was as pictured on the site. Very cozy. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure for the showers was absolutely amazing!!!

The only suggestions that I’d make is to get some additional pots/pans. We didn’t have enough for making dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Dollar Villas. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room. The sunrise from the balcony were just beautiful. We love the board walk to the beach, which is also equipped with two separate water hoses for rinsing off all beach chairs, etc.

Wonderful complex to vacation at. Would definitely return. Very well maintained and our villa was lovely. We had everything we needed. Only thing missing was good cable tv. Couldn’t watch much on the package available. Otherwise, thank you to the owners and your agency for a great week!!

We had a great stay. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The elevator was very convenient for loading/unloading and transporting all of our items to the beach. The beach view was gorgeous from our balcony, we enjoyed sitting there for meals. And walking to the beach was very simple, private boardwalk for direct access. We did not use the pool very much as the pool was shaded most of the day due to the way the building is shaped so it was pretty cold (our stay was in October), but I’m sure in the warmer months the pool is much warmer. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.

My husband, daughter, great granddaughter and I had a wonderful visit. The condo was bright, airy, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The views are magnificent! We appreciated the beach equipment that was furnished. The great grand loved the children’s books and puzzles. Definitely a place that I would recommend to everyone, and we plan to visit again. This was our third year staying here. This place was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We plan on staying here every year from now on. The condo was perfect, the pool was clean and sparkling, the views from our balcony ( condo #213) were breathtaking. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the most perfect 7 days we could have ever asked for.

Beautiful accommodations! Everything was clean, well stocked and ready for our arrival. Convenient location. Super short walk to the beach. Multi-use trails nearby. We will be back!

We had the most wonderful time at the Mermaid Oasis. This was hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. Meticulously designed, clean, spacious, and beautiful pool with a 2 min walk to the beach. We rode bikes all around the island and downtown had a ton of amazing restaurants and shops.

Loved the villa. Super relaxing and quiet. Had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the hall bath door doesn’t latch well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar Villas. There was a short walk on a boardwalk to the beach. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of chairs and tables to hangout in. We were impressed with the beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, floats) in the condo. We could have just brought our clothes and had everything we needed there to enjoyed the beach. The location was prime with a short drive to downtown and restaurants. We met the owner and she was very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved everything about our stay at Sand Dollar Villas. Recommended to us by our family (who all live there on the island and in Yulee). Very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Also very quiet in the evening and night for a good night's sleep. We will definitely stay there every time we go to Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach to visit family.

Mermaid Oasis was awesome! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy. Just a short walk to the beach. Very convenient. Denise Benoit was great to work with. She was fast to respond and very friendly and helpful. We plan to book again!

We have just returned from a getaway at Sand Dollar Villas Fernandina Beach, what a wonderful place. I love the fact that it’s not a large condo complex and the location. If you are looking for a place and don’t need a large space check this place out! On arrival day I received a call from Denise saying your condo is clean and ready early if you would like to check in early today!!!! WOW!! How often does that happen! 🥰 Very neat comfortable unit, one morning we go down to the beach for several hours, when we come back up the room was 🥵 hot, oh no, the AC is messed up,
I called Denise and again WOW, 30 minutes later air is working, she was right on it and had it taken care of. We have stayed here many times over many years and enjoy our vista to Sand Dollar.

Although it was COLD...we loved our stay. The unit we rented had an amazing view. The balcony had sunlight for most of day, so we were able to sit, protected from the wind, and enjoy watching the waves. The master bedroom was comfortable and the guest bedroom was cozy. The only negative was the refrigerator blocked opening the drawers left of the stove. But we made do!

Mermaid Oasis was the perfect vacation home for our family. Everything we could possibly need was available for our use. There are more than enough towels and bed linens. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys, a cargo wagon and many other extras are provided. The swimming pool is amazing. There is plenty of outdoor seating for gathering around the pool. The pool house provided extra space for our group of 10. Although the house is across the street from the beach, beach access is easy. The property managers were always available to answer questions quickly and they encouraged us to offer suggestions for improvements or additions we felt would be useful. Our family vacation at Mermaid Oasis was fantastic and we look forward to future visits.

We had a great stay! We stayed in Villa 200, which had everything we needed during our one week stay. Everything from booking to check out was great. Having a washer and dryer in unit was amazing. The one thing that could have improved our stay is that the pool was dirty...there was green algae on the bottom and sides of the pool (water was crystal clear though). There was a lot of rain and storms leading up to our stay that could have caused that, though. We will definitely stay again!

This was a memorable home away from home for our young family of four (kids: 8yr and 5yr). The pool is beautiful and private with - important to know - an option to heat the water. If you let the property know in advance, for a fee, you could arrive to the home to 80+ degree water and you will never want to leave the back yard. Luckily, when you do, the house itself is equally lovely. The decor of the main house and pool house is whimsical and fun, yet the appliances, stocked kitchen, well-placed bathrooms, TVs, and living spaces are perfectly practical. I was grateful to find an ample stock of bath and pool towels around every turn. Plus a giant washer/dryer, Kieurigs galore, full cook and BBQ gear, and wine refrigerators. The indoor/outdoor spaces allowed us to go from play, to meals, to pool, to car, etc. etc. seamlessly. No concerns of water trails or slips. This property pays attention to details, comfort, cleanliness, and fun. We will certainly be back.
