Great service with wonderful communication. The texts ar nice, got a phone call when needed, and the pictures of the problem were so nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure

Well I cant speak for all the Plaza Tire stores, however I can for the one in Piedmont. Being from a larger metro area in Bakersfield Ca, I really felt the professionalism but not to mention the "try that in a small town" atmosphere. I really want to thank Buck for the level of service he provided and making Plaza Tire a 5 star rating.

Buck was able to get me in the same day for a oil change, tire rotation, and to top off my vans fluids. You couldn't ask for better service.

Made an appointment and was taken in promptly upon arrival. Had a few issues with fleet management, but Buck worked tirelessly to get approval. Tires look great and overall experience was pleasant and will recommend Plaza in future if possible

Exceptional customer service. I stopped in ten minutes before close on a Friday with a screw in my tire. The crew happily got my car in and even went above and beyond to change out my lug nuts with a new set I had. Will definitely be back!

I hope Buck has 20 more years left in him before he decides to retire.

Plaza Tire in Piedmont is Always quick and efficient! I can call them at any given time and they will almost always get my car worked in for an oil change. Why go anywhere else?? They’re the Best at what they do!

Ralph Buchanan was amazing and a pleasure to work with. We had a bad tire on our motoegome and he got it taken care of. We were back on the road within about 2 hours.

My husband is out on a hunting trip and caught himself a nail in a tire. He was treated with such kindness at the plaza tire in Piedmont Missouri! He’s 2 hours from home and although customer service at the local PT is great, this location went above and beyond to help him out! Thank you!!
