Villager Cleaners

As the owner of 2 commercial inns in Buena Vista GA, quality and time are very valuable when it comes to making sure my tufted comforters are cleaned for my guests! Villages cleaned much better, faster and cheaper than Nanny’s. When I picked up my comforters they we neatly folded, labeled and in plastic zip bags. Nanny’s gave one back with spots and it was jumbled on a table when I came to pick it up. They folded it and handed it to me. I didn’t make a huge fuss, I just never went back. Villages!

Their work is garbage. Straight up trash. I hate to even give them one star. As much money as I just spent($$) on supposedly getting my items “cleaned and pressed” I have several items that look like it did when I put them in there. This is the most ridiculous service that I’ve ever received from them. I will NEVER give them the opportunity to steal(because the job wasn’t done properly) from me EVER again. I’m more than upset concerning this mess of a business. I’m really upset. This is robbery! They must’ve ran out of starch.

Not good. I wanted 4 pants heavy starched when I got them back they felt like they had been ironed and not cleaned.

Said clothes would be back after 3, then 4, then 4:30.This is no way to run a business ‼‼
