When I noticed an unexplained charge 0f $9.81 when paying my rent online, I called for an explanation. I was told since I failed to lock my unit a couple of days ago, their policy is to place a new lock and bill me for it. I tried to explain that I had not been to this unit in over 2 months. I have rented this unit for several years, it has my Mothers stuff in it. I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to pay it. Come to find out, the unit was broken into. They did not notify me or the Police. They did nothing but put a new lock on it and then bill me for it. Very little security. The owners are hidden out of state.

ALOT of break in and theft and without notice from Manning personel. People have taken it upon themselves. To ask the city police to do random drive by's to assist protection until units can be closed and moved elsewhere.

The worst storage ever!!! My mattress got ruin and I paid my fee and moved out 3 days later and they refuse to give me any of my money back!! I hate I used this storage. Please save yourself the headache and go to any other storage in town.

Natchitoches, officially the City of Natchitoches, is a small city and the parish seat of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, United States. At the 2020 United States Census, the city's population was 18,039. Established in 1714 by Louis Juchereau de St. Denis as part of French Louisiana, the community was named after the indigenous Natchitoches people.
