Maple Terrace Inn

It is a beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate home and breakfast was tastefully prepared for us by a very friendly and helpful lady. We also enjoyed breakfast dining with our housemates, who happened to be world class cyclists. We could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Thank you, Larry, and all those who made it that way, right down to the lovely flowers from our children delivered to our room!

Beautiful accommodations in a lovely town. Great walking proximity to courthouse square. Easily accessible from the Trace and they have a locked bike shed. Most importantly, Kenyatta's breakfast is amazing!!

Rooms are very spacious, modern, and comfortable. The porch swing on a warm evening was divine. Breakfast in the morning was elegant. Grits, muffins, and bacon were delicious. Egg dishes a bit over-cooked. Overall, a delightful stay.

Very clean bed and breakfast and very accommodating to bicyclers of the Natchez Trace trail. I would recommend this as a great to stay for biking through the Trace. Great breakfast too

The maple terrace inn is a gorgeous house to stay in. I enjoyed it very much. The town of Kosciusko was also a very hospitable and friendly town.

The Maple Terrace has been a destination for our cycling group for a couple of stays and it's been a great experience each time. We plan to come back again.

We stayed in the Bombay room. The rooms were very clean. Staff was very accomodating. Overall it was a very good experience

Great location off the Natchez Trace Parkway

We stayed here several years ago and LOVED IT!! We have another trip planned for September 2020!!!

Great breakfast, clean and comfortable accommodations. Get a room in the back if you are not used to street noise.

This was an ok place to stay. Rooms and beds were comfortable. It is near the town square and a couple of restaurants. Breakfast was a disappointment. Not particularly good, especially the biscuits, and not much of it. Were awakened at midnight by all alarm clocks in the rooms going off. Hard to get back to sleep. At first I figured somebody was playing a practical joke but in the morning I read an article that the ghost of a Mr. Frank Olive hangs around the house. Maybe he was responsible. Whichever, I won’t be coming back to find out!

Make sure you are not scheduling a stay on a Sunday night because outside of the local Walmart, there is hardly anything open in Kosciusko. If you are cycling or motorcycling pass this up. We ran in to a storm the morning of our last night stay so we had to get out before we ran into heavy all day rain. The Maple Inn would not bend their 48 hour cancellation and charged us the full amount for the night before rain. They reminded us of the cancellation policy which I did not need, but they don't bend because of weather. That's strange for cycle enthusiasts. You are better off with accommodations that have a 24hr cancellation policy. In our rush to beat the rain we didn't even get the breakfast.
