My preferred bank of choise.

This review is not aimed at the location, but to the marketing/website managing department. When listing business hours, It should be specified that on Saturdays, the lobby is closed, therefore the drive thru (or ATM) is your only banking option.

I would give them a 5 star
Because of their kindness and great customer service
But unfortunately I gave them a 3 star today because their banking system is horrible
I have several banks
And this is the only one
That take 14+ days to. Deposite your checks.

Some refresher courses on customer service would make for a better experience.
Counting back money, instead of tossing it on the counter. Asking how you would like change, instead of no options given. At a minimum, acting like you care to be at your job.
