Very clean room! Comfortable beds. I hope your housekeeping gets paid well, they deserve it. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here in late Mar 2023. Highly recommend. Room was clean and nicely arranged. Property exterior also in good condition. Was there off-season, but looked like a nice swim pool. Everything worked: washer & dryer were functioning, and coinage and detergent were available; soda machine was stocked; all the lights in the room worked; hot water and water pressure were fine; and HVAC and fridge ran quietly. Two restaurants—Italian & other Mexican—were only steps away. Hotel less than 100 yds from Natchez Trace. Hotel staff professional snd friendly. Room very reasonably priced.

What a pleasant surprise in such a small town! I do not overrate or exaggerate my opinion so here are the cold, hard facts: This Econo Lodge was safe, CLEAN, and serene. (P.S. I didn't even have to bring in my bleach or Pine-Sol from the car to use.)
I was greeted at check-in & at check out by very kind & professional staff. Great service! Great rate! WIFI, Iron, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge were also included. 👌🏾 Great job! Highly recommended

Came to town for a week stay. First night stayed at another, wasn't comfortable there and went to Econo Lodge the next day, book for one night, wasn't sure how this one was going to be. After checking out the room, I was very surprised by the size and cleanness of the room and went and booked the rest of my stay. I always wipe down my room (disinfecting) and floor(wood floors) was very clean. My housekeeper was Angela. Very nice. I had observed her clean another room and she is very thorough, cleaning each room as if it was a check out. I could walk on my floor (wood) and feel no dirt. Every evening when I returned it was like checking-in for the first time. She kept the outside walk way swept and clean. When I return next year I will stay again, on Angela's side. Room had nice size refrigerator, microwave, iron, and coffee maker, coffee supplies and ice bucket.

I live on the road on a bicycle every winter and I have seen a lot of two star motels. They're always dirty but I can't afford better. I used to be a hotel housekeeper myself and I know they can do better. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got into my room today!!! This room shines and sparkles and smelled so clean!!! The lady who cleaned this room is great at her job and I think she needs to be commended for her attention to detail and her hard work. I'm am seriously impressed and I want her to know how much I appreciate her!

Excellent and convenient stop for cyclists on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Exit the parkway and it's right there. Rooms were spacious, clean, and staff was friendly. We especially liked the fact that the rooms were not carpeted, which we all prefer over the sometimes dirty carpeting in many motels.

Stayed here while on a motorcycle trip down the Natchez Trace. Great location, 4 minutes from the Trace. Park in front of your room. Room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the price couldn't be beat! Two restaurants - one on each side (Mexican to the left, Italian to the right) and a gas station across the street.

Everything the travelling motorcyclist could use or need - right there. They have a very inexpensive laundry facility. Breakfast was minimal - but for $51 what can you expect?

What I really enjoyed was it's a throwback to 1970 - and perfectly maintained. The 1970's style outside was very appealing to me, as are the outside entrances.

I'd stay there again!

For cyclists doing the Trace, STAY AT THIS MOTEL! It is the cleanest, most modern, and nicest of the 3. It's right off the Trace and next to the town museum which also has bicycle campsites. Great staff and amazing rooms. Also the lowest price!

Counter person was very friendly, however, my room was half clean, the 🚽 was not clean the toilet seat was broken and wen I reported it they didn't have no one to clean and fix it

Kosciuko Welcome Center recommend this hotel. It is great, very clean updated and host is very nice! Two resturants next door. Perfect for us cyclist.

Located close to various stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean and equipped with mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and prompt

Good value for a traveller on a budget. Friendly and courteous folks at the check-in desk. I'll stay here again if the need arises.

Very clean, backs up to the Natchez Trace. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Liked it better than the others in town.

Rooms are specious and clean, I was greeted warmly at the reception.

Nothing fancy, but clean. Bed was OK. I actually slept good. Definitely worth a second visit.

Best hotel in Kosciusko. I have tried the motels in town and they have the most modern rooms.
