Tammy and crew are a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like. My husband and I bought some ceiling fans that we wanted to add a light kit to, and then also buy 2 extra kits to have so when the first go out, we won't have to worry that they don't sell the same lights anymore. Ron's only had 1 of the 3 kits we wanted but Tammy checked and saw one more was coming on the store's UPS order that day. Since we also wanted the 2 additional kits, we asked if they could just ship the 3. She said of course. We went to checkout, and while we were in line she ran out and got the one off the truck as it was being delivered, and ran it up to us in the checkout line! I mean come on! That is amazing! You don't find customer service like that anymore. Then she received the other two in and took them down to FedEx for us! Dont hesitate to go here!

Had a problem with my toilet in box the back was cracked didn't notice till after it as installed called and Woody took care right away then same day in few minutes great service than you

Super friendly staff. We worked with Kirksey Pate. Very helpful with all our questions & Purchase. Took time to help with estimates on materials needed for our new home we are building. We are new to the area but this store will definitely be on the top of our list as our go to store.

I did call and im very glad i did it turns out the man was just a rude customer that shouldn't have been behind the counter. So I retract my statement and can go back to seeing rons as a very fine place .

I was going to give a full 5 star rating. The restaurant as always maybe the best diner style restaurants I've ever been to. The food is excellent with very appropriate proportions. But today I went to the counter behind the tools. An old man in a cowboy hat walked up from behind the counter. I said good morning then continued to ask my question. This very rude old want to be cowboy glared up at me snatching a paper off the counter and just walked away turning a great day into a very bad experience. I don't do rude most especially when I'm the one paying for the items in the establishment in which he is employed

Ron's is a one stop shop! Anything you need they probably have. From home to hunting, they have a little of everything.

Love this place!!! Any of you ladies like sportswear at about the best price anywhere? This is the place to go. They have a nice selection of furniture,boots,home decor,as well as hardware and building supplies. Worth driving out of your way to visit.

I made a purchase Friday and by the time I got to loading zone they were waiting on me!!!! Too bad I waited for 10 mins at Home Depot and finally did it myself! Great job Ron's with excellent and fast customer service!!!
