I attended Agape to help me learn to control my stress triggers for PTSD. I learned to meditate. Meditation can be practiced by anyone, regardless of religious or spiritual belief. It provided me tools for calming my mind, and short-circuiting my body’s stress response. It provided me with techniques to break the cycle of my chronic stress, while improving my focus, and boosting my self-awareness. The staff is attentive and caring. I don't feel like I'm just another patient, I feel like I'm part of the Agape family. I would recommend their services to family and friends.
