I dropped off the clothes on Monday morning, signs and the employee stated they would be ready Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning, the clothes were not at the store. I told the employee I would pick them up the following Monday. She said they would be there. On Monday, I show up and the store is closed with no explanation. That was two 20 minutes trips to town to make sure I was there when they said to be, and they did not deliver.
I still have yet to get my clothes to see the quality of work.

UPDATE: The shop was open the next day. The one employee was sick and they could not find someone to fill in. The clothes were well done.

Used to love the cleaners located there. The biggest problem I have now is that stuff I send is not coming back pressed. Many items, including a skirt, are not even hung. So even if it's pressed, it has to be re-ironed before I can wear it.

Jeans have come back with holes in them and they said it was my fault. Slacks come back like they were not pressed. Prices keep going up and they are terrible. Never go here again.
