Hall Cemetery

This graveyard is on the west side of Hall Cemetery Rd, (a.k.a. N 4140 Rd) almost a ½ mile north of Airport Rd & a ½ mile south of North Hall Rd (A.K.A. N 1940 Rd). Sharp monument-style brick & steel-mesh name-sign near the front gate. Handsome green 2-rail pipe fence & swinging gate in front & barbed-wire surrounding the long, pine tree guarded, gravel drive back to (& the perimeter of) the cemetery. Similar to Miller Cemetery, there are many strikingly beautiful, yellow-blooming jonquils. The thru-drive "Y's" at a pavilion. The pavilion's designed w/ a ramp allowing hearses to drive into & thru. Or veer off to drive thru the cemetery.
☩ Hall Cemetery is well kept - the gravel drive, perimeter fence, cool pavilion, grounds, & most markers show devoted care.
☩ Not all markers are professionally made. Many wood & natural-stone markers. Some declining w/age — hard to read, leaning or fallen, broken & crudely stacked. Many in admirable condition & sporting flowers. A few newer sites w/ dirt mounds & some w/ no headstones as of yet.
