Excellent service! I called at the end of the business day on a Monday and spoke to the wife. After sending the husband a picture of the model number he called me back the next morning. He was able to help me over the phone and get my washer running again like new. If i ever need another repair they will be the first call i make!

Local Whirlpool service technician for whirlpool, called for 3 weeks and kept telling me they would call back, they never did. Last time I spoke with the wife she was very rude and said they were not obligated to fix our brand new dryer bc we did not buy from them. They would not schedule us a day and time they would come out, stated they have their own customers that come first. Very unprofessional business with terrible customer service. The husband called back to tell me they did not want any business and to call whirlpool to get someone else to do their service work.
