I was pleasantly surprised at how good this little cafe is. The burger is one of the best I’ve had…ever! It was the spicy one, but it’s really not spicy just very flavorful. We were passing through town headed to a football game with students in another town. When it was time to pay, we had an issue with the tax exempt status. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to try to get it right. I would 100% come back! Oh and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you for not charging ridiculous prices for drinks!

I was so impressed with the ladies at Copeland’s Cafe who greeted me with open arms on a very trying day. Each one treated me like I was family. Do not miss the opportunity to eat the most delicious burger created by loving hands! Gena, Jana, Heather and Marie you stand apart from the rest because your hearts are truly sweet! GREAT FOOD!

Super friendly staff. Clean and rustic feel. The fried mushrooms are perfect! They make them in house with their own breading. Also had the Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger (with Avocado on the side). Tasted as good as it looked. Bacon was a bit too crispy for me but I am on the picky side when it comes to 🥓. 🤣 I would definitely recommend eating here!

This place is not for a quick meal. They even mention that up front with signs on the table. Despite that the wait for the food is not long but not quick either. So if you're really hungry I would suggest going somewhere else. If you can wait a bit definitely stop by here! The food is delicious and plates are big. I got chicken fried steak and I loved it! I also tasted my parents meals, they got the catfish and it was probably one of the best catfish I've had. Other than the food the service is good. Everyone is pretty friendly and it definitely has a small town charm to it. If you're on a road trip and happen to be near here, I highly recommend going here as long as your willing to wait a little for some delicious food!

My family and I stopped in both ways on our trip from Dallas to Lubbock - the food was great and the ladies who served us were very friendly. We'll be back for sure!

Best food within 100 mile radius. Staff is friendly steaks are really good. Catfish is great. Burgers are great. This is not a quick stop. They take there time & turn out real good food.

It's a little bit of a wait but worth every second. I had the sweet and spicy burger and it was amazing. Onion rings were just as good. Staff was absolutely adorable and sweet as could be. Fantastic little place

Tremendous!!! Don't miss this place!! Although it took over 30 minutes to get our food, it was well worth the wait. Best turkey bacon club I've ever had!! Wife had chicken strips, fries. Homemade gravy, etc. DELICIOUS! Don't miss this place if you are near. Very friendly and quaint. Played Lone Ranger tv shows ...cool.

I was in Seymour for 3 days and this was the best tasting/quality food I had the whole time! The catfish was delicious and cooked to perfection as well as my sides. Would definitely recommend if you're in town when they're open (Wed-Sun)

This food is made to order and it is absolutely delicious. If you find yourself in Seymour, TX, this place is a must!

Great service and awesome food. Had the chicken strip sandwich on garlic toast. Best garlic toast! Would definitely visit again.

Well worth the stop and wait. The hamburger steak was great and the mushrooms charred just right. The chicken fried steak looked good too. Definitely coming back on my way through!

We found this little place as we were going through Ardmore. It was awesome! Great food.& service! We had catfish, fries, coleslaw, beans, hush puppies, sweet potato fries, blackberry cobbler with ice cream & peach cobbler with ice cream. All delicious 😋

Rib-eye was grilled to perfection, just as I ordered. So good, I never even opened the A1 sauce I requested. Baked potato also perfect. Jalepeno & cream cheese wrapped w bacon so good, homemade! Partner had catfish which was very good too w broccoli cooked right. We were there a little early for Friday supper - no complaints re wait time for food. It was getting busy by time we left. Lots of locals that knew each other. We were staying at HH Creek Inn next door.

A nice small restaurant. I had no problems with a wait to be seated, the main course took a while but the sides and drinks where out in minutes. Very nice staff, polite about answering our questions. The food is so worth the wait. The catfish was so light and tender but filling at the same time. The fried okra are a bit salty, as are the fries, but not overly and still amazing. The catfish plate is larger than it looks on the menu, about 8 pieces. This is one of the absolute BEST restaurants I have ever eaten at.

This small town charmer is nothing short of amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. The homemade mozzarella sticks are fabulous. We had the steak fingers and chicken fried steak both were equally as delicious! Compliments to the chef! Also the wait staff was excellent! Small home town charm, awesome friendly service, and fantastic food! If you are looking to stop and eat don’t think twice! Just do it!!

This place! I can’t say enough good about it. We came in almost at closing time (I know, Jerks) but we were traveling and it was a light in the darkness for us. Homemade food! Yes! We come here anytime we are in the area. They are always sweet and accommodating. Food is consistently delicious!
