My husband won a prize of a large amount of different meats from here. The selection was wonderful and VERY tasted so good! Lasted our family for quite a long time. I would highly recommend.

Great guys, they did a fantastic job processing an elk for me. The backstraps where packaged in vacuum sealed, clearly labeled, and packed in dinner sized portions. The front door could use some signage to indicate you have the right building but besides that they did a killer job and would recommend them for all your meat processing needs!

The staff, products, and service at Bayco are sensational! Very friendly, generous, and outstanding establishment. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality products, and 2nd to none service. 5 Stars! Only because there isn't an option for 10!

Best place to get your processing done. Their bohemian sausage and summer sausage are the best you’ll get anywhere. All of their fresh meat selection is so good. Great business ran by great people!!

Good people and very quick turnaround. Took it in Sunday afternoon and it was ready on Friday. Try the hickory burger. Everything's better with bacon.

Defiantly the best place I've used.. The jalapeno and cheese smoked sausage is great.
