They offer suggestions and advice to help you achieve whatever your goal is. Whether you are trying to gain muscle, loose weight, or just be healthy in general. The smoothies are amazing as well! They have less sugar than other locations nearby, and it means a lot that there aren't as many chemicals or other additives in the smoothies.

The guys here are super friendly and about as knowledgeable as they come. They also are easy to talk to, always greeting you when you walk in and listening to your goals without trying to force whatever they make the most off of down your throat.

I went in to do the free body scan. I didn’t have the intention on buying anything. Hunter went over it with me, and I ask what he recommended for someone who skips breakfast and needs 3-5 cups of coffee to make it through the day. I add a lot of sugar to my coffee, so it is definitely something I need to cut down on. He recommended a protein shake that has two shots of espresso in it. I haven’t had coffee in 3 days, feel full until lunchtime, and have so much energy! It’s only been a few days, but this is something that make a huge difference in my sugar intake. By the time lunch comes around, I am not starving and eating for two! Very satisfied with the product and the customer service! Thank you so much!
