Walgreens Pharmacy

I was there for a short time on 10-29-17 at 6:00pm. The staff is very polite and customer service very good. Although I didn't think I needed any help, 2 lady's asked very politely if I needed any help finding anything. I kind of felt bad because I didn't need help. Thank you lady's for asking anyway. The staff is very friendly and courteous. But using the drive-thru was not very convienent.

Absolutely can not stand this location. They send you a message telling you the prescription is ready then you get there and it's NOT ready. On top of that my husband takes testosterone and they are suppose to give him a month supply they always claim they only have ONE vial. The staff is rude and NOT helpful. I can NOT stand this location GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU CAN trust me you won't be sorry you didn't go here.
This is not once but NUMEROUS times they have done this to me and my spouse. We are changing pharmacies immediately this is the last time I can deal with this and their attitudes!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I had got a text stating that my medication was ready since yesterday. I sat in the drive through line for well over 30 minutes. Just for them to tell me that my prescriptions aren't ready. And I i have to wait another twenty to thirty minutes until they are filled. The lady was rude and had no type of sympathy towards the situation

Switched pharmacies this morning after being used and abused by Walgreens pharmacy for far too long. I always try to be understanding when they have a delay or an issue filling my script. However, it never fails… they always have an issue filling the same prescription for me. Never can get someone to pick up the phone when I call… have to call at midnight or in wee hours of the morning just to get someone to answer. They lost my script yesterday. They tell me it will be ready at one time, but when I get there to pick up they tell me there’s a delay…. Every month…. Last night I watched two pharmacists not acknowledge multiple
People waiting to be taken care of. They did not answer the phone and the female pharmacists with the Karen haircut refused to answer the phone ringing off the hook and even said to the main pharmacist “sorry you’re going to get a call about that in the morning I just can’t deal with it tonight.” So unprofessional. Do your job. I can’t view my TX history on the app. I’ve discussed this matter with multiple people and an technician and nothing has been fixed. Over Walgreens all together.

Apparently there are 3 women with the same name I have in town, pharmacist made the mistake of giving me another individuals meds & when I returned them 2 min later before I ever left the store, he had the nerve to ask me if I would be taking these meds in the future & if have I ever & would I just take them since it was an inconvenience for him to accept the return! Really? I’m sorry I don’t take it or need a heart medication or a thyroid med either! I requested my scripts to be transferred to a local family owned pharmacy that wouldn’t try to force me to take someone else’s meds! Also, they couldn’t ever get my street address correct, then tried to argue with me over it, I think I know my street address, ended up giving them my ID & they still got it wrong! Very scary to be told by a pharmacist to just take the wrong meds & deal with it!

I 100% despise Walgreens Pharmacy... It doesnot not matter which one I go to. I used to live in the mid-cities area and I know they did 3xs the business this Walgreens (in Weatherford on S. Main) does. I pulled up in the drive thru at 7:11 p.m. It is now 7:45 p.m. and I have only moved A SINGLE CARAND SPACE & there are still 2 cars ahead of me and now 4 cars behind me. That's not even including the lane next to me!! The ONLY REASON I came here is because nowhere else in town had her glucose meter. This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve never had a prescription ready when I show up, after a time they verbally said it would be ready. From the time a rx is called in I’ve never had it ready in less than 3 hours. Won’t be back.

The Walgreens pharmacy in Weatherford Texas. It's the worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever seen anywhere.try them six years ago they were terrible thought I'd come back and see how they were I think they're worse now. I don't know how Walgreens stays in business in Weatherford Texas. Manager oughta be fired and close down
