Best Western Caprock Inn

Thank you so much!! The staff here went above and beyond expectations during our stay. The rooms are clean. The area was quiet. The beds were so comfortable we all slept great after a long day on the road. We really appreciate that our pets were welcome. The pool was perfectly kept and was a very welcome addition to our stay. Our family road-trips often and we have stayed at many “budget” motels/hotels. This Best Western was perfect. The grounds and the rooms were very clean. Rooms had microwaves for a late night snack. Dogs are welcome and breakfast area was very clean and had the basics to get a good start to the travel day. Staff was friendly! Thank you for a nice stay.

ALL AROUND VERY NICE PLACE AND HAVE SEMI AND TRAVEL TRAILER PARKING ROOMS ARE NICE FRONT DESK LADY THAT CHECKED ME IN WAS VERY NICE FOOD IN WALKING DISTANCE SUBWAY PIZZA HUT AND DG NEXT DOOR

This isnt a five star hotel but the staff is friendly and they do take care of this location. The food was good. We would stay here again.

This hotel was so nice! We stayed there in February, and the rooms and common areas of the hotel were immaculately clean and modern! The prioerty and the rooms were extremely well-maintained!! They were so comfortable and well-appointed. All of the employees were extremely nice, friendly and helpful! I travel for business and stay at many hotels throughout the country. This hotel ranks in the very top! I would stay again and would highly recommend to my friends and family - or anyone else traveling! Five stars!!

Great overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was neat and clean. They had cold/hot breakfast available. The front desk people were really nice. The only thing I Would complain about was the drain in the shower. The water kept building up rather than going down the drain.

Room was very clean, as always. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was amazing. The staff is beyond amazing.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy is always a winner in my book!
The only thing I wish was different was that I had been brave enough to ask the good looking man that was in the breakfast area for his phone number.

From Stevie's wife, Sandy. Don't know why his name is there. Mom and I stopped at this motel. It was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. Plenty of towels and wash cloths privided. The staff was excellent. I recommend this motel if you are in the area.

Great hotel stay, very accommodating staff. Well informed as well in relation of places to eat nearby and such. Great big gravel lot next to it for my fellow truck drivers. Can comfortably fit about 5 trucks and 8 might be squeeze.

Quality of room was awesome. Lots of pillows, great water pressure from the showers, and a nice outdoor pool.

This place was a nice surprise. Very good value for the money. The room was really clean and well appointed with nice bedding and new fluffy towels. Bed was pretty good, got a good night's sleep. The staff was super friendly.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional and took care of all our needs, including pets and special parking for truck and trailer. The rooms were updated, clean and quite.

My wife and I were traveling through. I called the Cassock Inn to check availability. The clerk was helpful and met our needs for a room that allowed wheelchair access. We arrived late, but the clerk was prompt. Access to the Inn was convenient to the highway and well marked. The room was clean and large enough to move around. Breakfast was good, warm and varied. We checked out late without incident and continued on our way.

My parents had a great stay and everyone was so friendly to them, especially April. There was a little mishap with the door locking them out for sometime but April came and stayed until it was fixed. My father was pleased how everything was handled and would stay again.

Staff made check in and out simple and quick. Internet signal strong, water was both hot and good pressure. AC had to work hard, but room very comfortable.

Clean; granite tops in rooms; great shower water pressure; excellent breakfast bar with real eggs -La Q_inta can't hold a candle to the breakfast bar! They allow pets and kids, too!
