Like the other reviews mention, yes, the property is old. However, it is absolutely immaculately clean! I was in utter shock...I have stayed at high-end, big name hotels in the city that could learn a lesson in housekeeping from these folks. The owner was extremely friendly at check-in, the rate was fair, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip through town.

I stayed here two weeks while I was working in brownfield, price was very reasonable and the room was perfect for my stay, friendly staff and everything in my room worked perfect, plus house keeping came everyday! thank you for a great experience ❤

We stopped here at 2 am. We must have woken the guy up but he came to the desk with a smile on his face and was pleasant. The rooms are old and dated but the were CLEAN!! Everything just smelled clean. Beds were comfy too. It was the perfect roadside stops for us on a long road trip.

I stayed here during a wedding trip and it was super affordable and the rooms were nice. I left my shoes at the hotel room and didn't notice until I got home 12 hours later so the hotel staff sent me my shoes after we made arrangements, they were extremely helpful and nice about it! Definitely recommend.

This motel was run by courteous and helpful managers. The service was friendly. The building and room is older but clean and well maintained. The amenities are simple but perfect for a roadside motel. The location is convenient and right off the road.

Nice old style motel. Clean, great price, friendly staff. Has an enclosed parking area cool a/c, and relatively quiet. Nice spacy rooms

If you have kids and are on a budget but also want a decent place to stay too then I highly recommend this place. Best 70 bucks I ever spent.
