Great service, food was better than usual :P

Very pleasant experience. Young man acting like the McDonald’s Ship captain. Letting everyone know what needs to be up next with the crew saying ‘yes sir’! One employee came to the dining room asking patrons if they needed anything. I hardly see this exemplary service at the high dollar restaurants. I never thought I would have this type experience at a small town fast food joint but this one is the best!

Server was super friendly. Food was warm not hot. Dining room was dirty.

No problems with the service (speed of the order). Also the staff was friendly. This is an upgrade for me because this location was horrible with time and order of my food.

Must say this was the best service I have ever received at a McDonald's. The food was fresh and the employees worked as a team to get the job done. Thanks.

Only ordered a coffee nice & Hot

Food was good but didn't realize the filet of fish shrunk so much. I see why they offer a dlb now. It was good though! 🍟 were delicious as usual.

Enjoyed a quick bite here recently and appreciated the quick service and clean feel of the restaurant.

Pretty clean and mostly friendly

Everything was good and came out hot. Nothing wrong on our order and we had 4 kids and 3 adults.

I got that new crispy bacon ranch sandwich. It wasn't pretty it was sloppy and packed with bacon and a greasy buttery bun drenched in ranch. That bacon and crispy chicken was good together.

Today is 6/21/18 and I don't know who was on the grill this afternoon around 2pm, but kudos to them!!!! All I ordered was 2 cheeseburgers and I swear that was the best tasting hamburgers I've had from that pace in months!!!! Made me want to rethink the whole menu (I only go for my morning coffee)!!!!

The McDonald's on the Lubbock highway and brownfield Texas has got to be the nastiest McDonald's I've been in every table in there is sticky and nasty the bathrooms were nasty to play smelled like sewage

Good ole cheeseburger, fries, and a Dr. Pepper.

Quick service, always fresh food, and very nice staff! Sometimes they do forget to put an item I ordered in there but I always check before I leave.

I pass through Brownfield 3-4 times a week. I stop here for a quick breakfast. It's always hot and ready so I can get back on the road.

I like going to this McDonald's for the last 6 years because there's almost always Room somewhere to be able to park a large truck and walk in. This McDonald's 2 or 3 years ago got the automated kiosk and the customer no longer feels rushed to make a decision and can change the orders as they please the only problem is that the kiosk don't always have all the specials that are being run so you have to pay attention for those. If you don't want using the automated kiosk then you can still go to the counter and place your order with an employee.

Excellent service! Food came exactly as ordered! And in a timely manner too.
The place was clean and we were treated kindly.

Restrooms were clean, order was fast and correct.

Always have Good Food and Friendly Service as well, Monica was very Curtious and Helpful with our order. Definitely a place to stop for breakfast or lunch when in town.
