Mattress Max

This was our second purchase at Mattress Max. The first mattress set lasted over 15 years. We chose to go back to the same location on Hwy 431 when we decided it was time for a replacement. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. We wanted a split mattress due to my husband wanting a firmer type. We didn't know there were so many options. After making our selection, the mattress set was delivered in the time frame we were told. The two delivery men were very courteous and explained the various settings to us. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone and will definitely shop there again.

My experience with Mattress Max in Anniston was exceptional! From the sales associate in store to the delivery team after I purchased, everybody was amazing. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

Looking for a mattress...go to Mattress Max on 431. My Temperpedic had seen it's better days and I more than got my $$ worth. Mom had cuddled up sleeping so I was in desperate need for a more comfortable mattress without her nest to hopefully help relieve my back, leg and neck pain along with adjustable for my reflux. I was greeted warmly, with respect and a lot of patience...and I hit the Labor Day sale. I described what I wanted and was shown 3 beds that fit my description...these folks know their "stuff" for every bed. After verbal comparisons I was able to lay down on each. I narrowed it down to 2 and was to to try them as many times as I wanted before deciding on one or none. I did so and made my selection. Extremely helpful with financing. Bought one day and delivered the next at MY convenience. Store Employees EXCELLENT!!!! DELIVERY GETS EXCELLENT!!! Did not rush me and allowed me to clean beneath to old bed and told me to just let them know when I WAS READY. Per my request hauled old bed, etc off. New bed set up and ready. Made sure I was comfortable working all parts of the remote before leaving. NO MESS! 5 STAR ++ rating from me! Can't wait till dark...sheets on bed...may just go to bed at 4 p.m.

We have purchased 6 mattresses and adjustable base’s from the Saks, Alabama store over the years. The customer service is quick, and knowledgeable. Sets have been delivered and set up with out issues. We will not purchase from other mattress companies. 5 stars

IT WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS. 2ND DAY BUYING 1800 THREADCOUNT SHEETS & GOING TO BUY 10 MORE PACKS. JUST BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE BEAUTY REST BLACK MATTRESS THAT I RECEIVED FOR 40% OFF BECAUSE IT WAS A FLLOR MODEL. GOING BACK SOON TO GET A KING. ALSO BOUGHT SEVERAL EXPENSIVE PILLOWS. THEY TRY TO HELP YPU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN WITH DISCOUNTS ETC. I'D RECOMMENDED THAT ANYONE GO THERE. JUST DON'T ISE ACIMA UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. IT'S A RIPOFF & YOU END UP PAYING QUADRUPLE ALMOST. USE SYNCHRONY IF YOU CAN'T PAY CASH.

If it were possible I would add more stars. The best experience I have ever had trying to find a mattress. I was in pain and not getting sleep. I was pointed in the right direction to a mattress that has completely provided relief. I had not intended to get an adjustable base when I went that day. After test driving one in the store I decided to purchase one. Another hit! The Zero gravity setting is perfect for me!
One month in, I had a mishap with my remote. I was panicked. It was late on a Friday. I went to the store website to see if I had options for replacement. There was a chat prompt so I asked about a replacement, never expecting an answer until Saturday or Monday. Within one minute someone was texting me and helping me fix my remote. I am amazed and eternally grateful for such amazing customer service. I will never buy from anyone else!

By the way, the delivery guys were also well above any other I have experienced. They were careful, informative and so pleasant to talk to. My husband and I were so impressed that I called the store immediately to relay how impressed we were.

Terri was amazing at helping us find the right bed and the delivery was next day which was fantastic! The gentlemen who delivered our bed were courteous, professional, and extremely respectful. They did a wonderful job bringing everything in and setting everything up in the pouring rain. It was effortless on our part and a very enjoyable experience. We love our new bed. It’s AWESOME!!

My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress and were also interested in an adjustable bed. It had been many years since we had purchased a mattress and there had been many changes in that time! Steven was absolutely helpful in assisting us in choosing just what we wanted. We absolutely love our new mattress and adjustable bed (which sits inside our cherry bed frame). I appreciated not being pressured while we were looking at various models. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about his products. The delivery team was punctual, personable, and very careful while setting everything up. A+ service from start to finish! We love shopping local!

I was literally in there no longer than 5 minutes. I told the young man what I needed, he pulled it up, took my payment and met me outside with my purchase. Excellent customer service and I recommend this business!

My husband and I went to the Oxford location and worked with Terri. She was fantastic and very knowledgable in helping us pick out a great American made hybrid mattress. She went above and beyond and got us set up for a next day delivery which was exactly what we needed! Noah and Dalton delivered the mattress and were super friendly and courteous. They helped moved mattresses to new locations in our home and removed one of our old one. All were very professional and we will definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future!

From the moment we entered the store the experience was very pleasant. We were greeted right away. Our salesman Lindsey was very patient and very knowledgeable about the different mattresses in the store. Our mattress was delivered the next day and the delivery young men we very polite, courteous and professional. If you're looking for a mattress, we highly recommend Mattress Max. In a day and time where ppl are rude and lazy, (and you're shelling out 4k for just the mattress), Mattress Max made our decision making easy and our experience pleasant.

We bought 2 mattresses for our home and are very pleased with them. The store was closing in Gadsden, so we received a good discount, Steven was very courteous and friendly. So far, we are very pleased with our purchase, although a little bit pricey, they are worth every penny.

Steven was super helpful. I was in and out he knew what I was talking about and took care of me. I will do business again.
