Delicious pizza, pasta and appetizers in a laid back atmosphere. All the staff, waiter/waitresses are all great, they definitely keep your glad full no matter what you're drinking. Nice selection of adult beverages as well!
I'd highly recommend stopping in for a bite if you're in the area.

Delicious pizza made just the way you want it. I had the vegetable deluxe on wheat crust and it was yummy. The guys had the everything pizza and gave it two thumbs up. Staff were friendly, helpful and service was quick. We dined early, 4:30ish, and by the time we were done the place was full. It’s worth the wait but if you don’t like waiting a bit, get there early.

Pagliai’s pizza is a superior Italian eatery. Excellent customer service and fantastic choices like the famous Pagliai’s special and fabulous salad bar. The staff meet and exceed expectations and deliver service with trust and loyalty. I would highly recommend with praise to friends and family.

Regardless of whether you're an out-of-towner referring to it as Pagliai's with a silent 'G' or a local pronouncing it with a hard 'G', Pagliai's has always been a cornerstone for pizza in Cape Girardeau. The owner, Eric, shows great care and consistency in the quality of his pizzas. The staff, having remained largely the same over the years, is a testament to the restaurant's positive work environment and dedication to customer satisfaction. As for the pizza itself – the portions are generous, the toppings are always fresh, and the cheese is just perfect. I particularly enjoy the opportunity to watch them prepare the pizza right at the front counter. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot while exploring Downtown Cape Girardeau, I highly recommend giving Pagliai's (with a hard G) a try.

Fabulous Dining Experience ! My family and I enjoyed a awesome meal old school style together In a Great environment with the perfect pizzias we each had individually.
Our Host and Server was Awesome and took very great care of us. Looking forward to visiting again when in Cape G Missouri.

Picked up an Everything Pizza last night, my first, and it won't be the last! It was by far one of the best pizzas I've had in years and the staff was so friendly! Fantastic job Pagliai's!

I was positively surprised to find that they could accommodate my dietary needs as a vegan, I ordered the baked veggie pasta and they even had vegan cheese. It was incredibly delectable. Salad bar also had some options. I was very pleased, would definitely visit again if I were in the area.

I don’t think Pagliai’s needs another review, but I like to give credit when it’s earned. I’ve been visiting this location for 3 years now and it’s consistently good. During lunch and dinner there is always a line so they definitely have their loyal customers. The pizzas are chunky, and I mean that in a good way. The House Special Pizza we get has big chunks of sausage, onion, and green peppers. The cheese is nicely browned and plentiful. One of these days I’ll try their pasta.

If you’re looking for amazing pizza in Cape, this is the spot! We moved here from Cinci, OH a year ago, and just tried their thin crust with salami, pepperoni, Italian sausage, as well as, their cheese bread… oh my goodness… you won’t be displeased! Plus, we ordered on a busy Sat. night, they were slammed, and they gave a top notch quality pizza!!!

Incredible restaurant with incredible food. The prices are extremely cheap and the food is exponentially better. Highly recommend to anyone in cape for dinner, can’t get enough of this place.

I’ve always enjoyed the pizza at this one. It’s a little small, so wait times can get long but it is worth it. The staff is always friendly & they work hard to keep the place clean & the drinks full. If you’re ever passing through cape, give it a try.

Four of my friends and I visited from out of town for a sporting event at semo. Even though we were wearing the opposite team’s shirts, the Pagliai’s employees were super friendly and we had great conversations! The food was heavenly and my mouth is seriously watering just from thinking about the seafood cannelloni!

The Best pizza place. Our waitress handled our group of 22 like a boss. We all piled our phones on the table for a tech-free gathering with no distractions. Everyone was excited over the Bosco bread sticks (filled with mozzarella cheese) which I'm told aren't easy to find anymore. My cheese sticks were perfectly dusted with breadcrumbs and delicious. I had an 8-inch thick crust with the old school sausage, onion and mushroom and enjoyed some for breakfast the next day. Also enjoyed a frosty Blue Moon with orange wedges in an old fashioned mug. Fun place. Had a great time here.

Got to be one of the most classiest pizza places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. It's got good food and a friendly staff. Although the place has a bit of a wait for food, trust me it is worth it. Perfect for the college crowd and families. I suggest the meat extravaganza thin crust

Reasonably priced, really good pasta/pizza fare. Beer & wine. Waitress suggested 'Spaghetti Pie,' which would not be my natural choice but I appreciate a server with an opinion. It was actually great. There was Ricotta cheese involve so think 'squiggly lasagna.' If you are a blue cheese dressing lover, the dressing was to die for, with chunks bigger than I've ever seen outside my own kitchen. No way was it not made right there. There is an 'endless salad bar,' and I would go back just for that. Everyone on the staff was friendly, smiling and happy. This will definitely be our go-to takeout pizza place, it's so close to our house and the overarching attitude of "we care," means "we do it right," in my experience. Great 'grab a bite' place. Entrees were $9.50, and pizza prices were within the realm of sanity, as well. Great choice.
