After taking my car to 5 different shops to fix the non starting issue, Cody and his team finally fixed my car and got me back on the road again. They did an amazing job, great prices, and quality work. Don't waste your money going to other shops, go to Sperry's and get your car running right the first time around. Thank you Sperry's. Our car overheated on our way to Indianapolis. Cracked radiator. We were 1.5 hours from home and they treated us like neighbors. So friendly. We called a tow friend and they brought us another vehicle. We were able to wait in their office and they were incredible helpful. They worked hard to get us a quote to get it fixed before we found out a car was coming to rescue us. If you need help in the area, this family business is the one!!

I was involved in a pileup accident on the interstate and Sperry's was dispatched to help in the recovery of the vehicles.
Cody and the crew were remarkably friendly and hospitable to myself and others who were caught up in the situation. I was even able to wait in their shop a bit "after hours" for my ride to arrive that evening.
Do not hesitate to call on their service if you are in need. Stand-up people willing to lend a hand when your day is at its worst.

Our trailer shredded a tire about a 1/2 mile from the St. Elmo exit. We met a local at the gas station who was able to not only point us in the right direction but called Sperry Service himself. Everyone was beyond nice & so helpful. They even had the exact [two] tires we were in need of! The entire process took less than a half hour & we were on our way across the country back to the west coast. These guys saved our journey from what could have been a huge setback. Thank you!

Got a nail in our tire off the interstate, drove to them and they were able to fix it and send us on our way super quick.

Was 650 miles from home and blew a trailer tire. These folks got the blown tire changed out in less than 20 minutes and we were back on the road.
We will stop on way back through to replace the other 3!

My car was having issues this past weekend while traveling to Missouri. I was within a mile of the exit so I decided it was best to stop by and have it checked out. They fixed the problem and I was back on the road within an hour. I got to my destination and home with no issues. They were very friendly and it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Thank you to Cody and Dale Sperry. Country folks are the best!

Do yourself a favor and GO here! They were amazing! We were in and out within an hour and I couldn't believe the price.

My truck broke down on I-70 just west of Altamont today, overheating. I called 9-1-1 who called the state police who called Sperry Service in St. Elmo. They immediately sent a tow truck to get us, and towed us to their shop. Even though it was late in the afternoon they stayed until they found and fixed the problem. I will give them the highest rating possible and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service. Great, friendly people and a pleasant surprise to a broken down traveler. I cannot day enough good things about the service we got today. Thanks a million, Sperry Dervice. Thanks so much for getting us back on the road in a short period of time !!!!!

Dale is a great guy, he took care of my whole family when our rv needed an emergency set of tires. His price was very fair even though we were from out of town. Thanks for the great tip on an excellent pizza place also! Good to know there are good people out there willing to help.

I work here and let me just say they are some of the nicest people to be around and work for. We do great work here from tires to alignments, oil changes you name it. Service calls are done by cody great guy and knows what he is doing, we even offer towing if you find your self broken down on the side of the road. so if your looking for a place to get your vehicle fixed come see us or just stop in and have a hot cup of coffee

On my way through, my transmission failed on I-70. Within 10 minutes of my arrival at Sperry Service, my car 2 miles away was being hooked to the truck, and we were back within 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, they found my transmission-hose problem. Within a day, my radiator was ordered and installed and I was on my way.

We talked a bit during my tourist captivity. Dale was friendly, and he used his personal resources to help me while I was stranded in town. We discussed the technical issues of the repair, and he was professional throughout while I came to an understanding of his plan.
I felt like an old friend. I met a lot of the locals. Not all the exchanges were family-friendly, but they were all friendly and familial.

If you have to get stranded somewhere, get stranded in St. Elmo, and call Sperry Service for help. If I were local, this would be where I'd get my service.

My aunt's Jeep broke down going home from Missouri to Indiana. Cody not only got her Jeep up and running within a few hours but they were so kind hearted and she couldn’t have asked for any better customer service. She is forever thankful for helping her get home. The service and so was the price!!! God bless:)

Had a flat tire on I70, called Sperry’s and they towed us to their shop, went out of their way to find us a new tire when 3 stores nearby didn’t have any in stock. Within an hour of us arriving on their property we had a new tire mounted and were on our way. Thank you Cody!

I hired them to fix a front end problem. They found problem and fixed it at a decent price. Afterward i had problems a week later i called. They got me right in. Not o ly did they find and fix the new problem, but also found another problem i hadnt noticed or mentioned to them yet and fixed that at no cost to me. The best experience i have ever had with a mechanic shop hands down. Earned a customer for life in me.

I'm here working from out of town and needed a mechanic several times. They have always been friendly, fast, and economical. I have also recommended them to other guys up here working and they have had the same results. I would recommend them highly if you are in or around St. Elmo.

Dale is an outstanding business owner. Sperry's service has fair prices and really cared about what I needed! I would go back for tires, an oil change, whatever! I give them 5 stars, thanks guys!

I completely trust Sperrys Service. That's why I drive 40 minutes 1 way (80 min round trip) to use Sperrys. They will have my family as a customer for life.
