I have been wearing hearing aids for over 15 years. I responded to an ad in the newspaper and stopped by to discuss some options. Kacie, hooked me right away with her caring, non pushing personality. Made an appointment with Carla and instantly knew this is where I wanted to do my business. The picture in the office said it all. She cares about YOU the customer. Love how Kacie gives us a personal reminder call and not just a text message. Carla and Kacie is very friendly and helpful. They clean my hearing aids every 3 months the service is out standing and we live going there!
