Marshall helped my wife and I buy our first house in the summer of 2019

Marshall is an amazing realtor! He goes out of his way to take of his clients! He helped me sell my house while I was living in another state. He did all the behind the scenes work! When things would pop up from inspections he would be ahead by already figuring out how we can getting things taken care of. He made things go so smooth on my end! If I had questions at 10pm he would always be there is answer them or even if he didn’t know the answer he would get back to me the next day with one. Marshall went above and beyond his duty as our realtor. We purchased a property in Michigan, we live in Ohio, and were unable to be there for the entire process. Marshall went so far as to help us set up services for the condo that required someone to be present in order for them to be installed, as it had been rented before we could get there to do it ourselves. He was easy to contact and always quick to respond. We would recommend him to anyone.

Marshall is a wonderfully detail oriented realtor. He works tirelessly and at all hours to deliver the best service and to close the most difficult of deals on time. He is honest and direct. So I’m a realtor in Dayton, OH and had a friend moving to St Ignace, MI. I scoured the internet to find them the best representation I could, and after coming across dozens of 5 star reviews, I called Marshall and he seemed to be a perfect fit for my friends. I found Marshall’s business facebook page and spoke to him about purchasing a home. I’m in a unique situation with my family, so finding the right fit was complicated not only because of financial constraints but specific needs I had for my son. Where another Realtor basically wouldn’t help because I didn’t have financing in place, Marshall set me up with the right person to get rolling on obtaining a mortgage approval. Though it has taken time, he has been patient and we are now looking for a house. I appreciate his calmness and patience and he’s never made my complicated situation seem like a burden. He went above and beyond to help us and let me tell you I am super difficult to deal with. I am beyond needy, picky and I will not give in if I feel the price is not right. He let me express my thoughts, concerns and desires without judgement. Buying here is beyond different from California but he was patient and kind and extremely funny the whole time. It was a plus that him and my husband shared the same name—-not to often you have two Marshall’s in the same place at one time. He became the other Marshall in our family when discussing house matters so my grandma could keep it straight lol who we were talking about.
