Called to make sure you had a product in stock. Your employee actually went to the aisle # and bay # I gave him and found it instead of JUST looking it up on his store phone. AND I think he was as excited as I was to have found it. That's service!

Love the store, love the layout and the products. What i didnt love was the girl who was the cashier. She didnt smile once and acted like she hated the world!? Cmon lady, at least act like you know what happiness is..... i tried making a couple jokes (and i am funny) and she didnt even look up....?!?! Other than that girl i love this place. Hopefully she isnt there to depress me next time. *update* 4-25-21 Lady gone! New guy in her place was great! Super friendly, helped me load up my drywall so my pregnant wife didn't have to. Also had some good joke which I can appreciate!

I really like Lowes compared to other stores like it. It's difficult to say what's different in particular, It's everything. And I've yet to come across a rude or unhelpful employee.

My Dyson vacuum's motor burned out as I was cleaning up after cutting my husband's hair. Grr. I looked online and my local Lowe's was out of stock, but the Petoskey store showed 4. I noted the aisle and bay number and drove over. You had 1 and I snagged it. The checkout line was long, but then 2 backup cashiers were called up and I was out of there in no time. You know, sometimes you just cannot wait to order an item in. So Thank You. I made a day trip out of having to drive over...we went and checked out East Park.

I would like to point out we had a lady help us figure out how to remove mold in our shower caulk. It worked amazing. Then we had a price difference in what we were buying, two new ceiling fans, and Rachel & Joanne were amazing. They both jumped in action and did the right thing. We always shop at Petoskey Lowe’s for our cottage. Northern MI at it’s best!!!

While visiting Lowe's in Petoskey I was being checked out by a very nice lady named Diana. I explained the trouble I was having in such a large store and because of her help I was able to circle back and retrieve all that I'd forgotten. Please tell her thank you again.

The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The prices here are usually a little higher than competing stores. But when we can't find what we're looking for at other stores we can usually find it here.
They also have a nice selection of plants, (both indoor and outdoor plants) in their garden section.
And we love looking through the clearance items! Always a good find for fellow bargain hunters. 😉

We were there on 9/30/21 Larry in plumbing was incredibly helpful! He tracked down what we needed when it wasn't where it was supposed to be. The world needs more people like Larry. The store was clean and well stocked!

A+ for Petoskey Lowe's delivery! Randy and team went the extra mile to ensure our items got delivered - two big butcher block countertops: 10 and 12 feet long, heavy, and coming from two different shippers. The truck drivers were also friendly and helpful. And a shout out to customer service, who got me through quickly to the delivery line, which was always answered promptly by a PERSON in delivery. Other stores (including the Lansing, MI Lowe's) need to figure out how they are doing this. Thank you!

Got wood cut to size I needed. Guy was good with the saw and we were able to save what would have been scrap that I was paying for and I was able to use it for another home project.

Dan, Tim, Scott, David, and the guys that delivered my fridge (so sorry names escape me) all really terrific. Could not be better! Knowledgeable, helpful, can do problem solvers and everyone in this store has been really friendly. What a great experience, I can't say enough good things about them. And the prices were awesome....

Lowes has excellent customer service. Associates often approach me to be sure I am finding what I need. They also make suggestions that are helpful and result in ideas I hadn't considered.

Buy new battery and charged for 115.00 plus taxes. I not know why have to buy because just 2 years ago no good battery hot too! 😢

I really appreciated that almost all customers were wearing masks. They also cleaned the register between customers. The staff was very welcoming in helping me find what I was there looking for. Really appreciate all of that. Thank you!

Always have a great experience here. Service is great and they've been in stock of more things throughout this hard time. Veterans discounts and parking spaces are nice to have also.

Purchased two Craftsman tall stand alone storage cabinets for garage . Love the cabinets , love the price ! Easy to assemble, solid and look great . Yes and the folks at this store are very helpful!
