T-Mobile

Raymond was very polite, patient, friendly and quick to help. I only have internet through T-Mobile and I had 3 different issues I needed help with tonight. He sat down with me and made sure to get them resolved quickly. The other workers seemed polite and friendly too. People who are knowledgeable and care about their jobs are rare these days, but these guys still give me hope lol! Thanks again! :)

We came into the store today to get an issue fixed and we were treated so kindly, the customer service was outstanding!! Abbie listened to our issued and was caring and efficient, she got us all taken care of in 10 minutes!! She explained everything to us very clearly and was extremely informative!! We walked out of there feeling so happy to be T-Mobile Customers!!! What an amazing employee you have there!! Awesome job Abbie!!

I spent some time in this store recently, and Aubrey was extremely professional and helpful. She explained everything to me as she was doing it, which was both helpful and appreciated. Colbv and Adam were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I left with some sweet new products, and will definitely be a return customer! Highly recommend!

Adam offered excellent service. From the very beginning he was honest about the limitations of coverage where I resided. Because of that honesty, I knew I could trust him with rest of the process, which in my case was a bit complicated since my former carrier was in Puerto Rico. But Adam dealt with those complications with great professionalism, speed, and competency. Thus, my experience was very positive. Thus, I give Adam and the team there a 10!

I cannot express the appreciation I have for this store, and in particular, Adam. I got an LG Velvet back in New England where we live and it just stopped, still under warranty. Adam and his team were speedy and helpful in getting me set up on a new one from LG. Then THAT ONE stopped working. And I am involved in a complex legal case where all my text and photos are crucial to me. And Adam just pitched in to make sure I had a solution that worked, protecting my photos, etc. I am back in New England now and having trouble with my local T-Mobile. Wish I were back in Petoskey now so I could get more help from Adam and his excellent team!

They were very helpful. Got my niece the best deal they could.. ... Unfortunately it was not a match for us and we stayed with spectrum for our internet service. They had given us a 5 day trial.

The employees at this store are beyond phenomenal. They went above a beyond to help me require my cell number the had been ported to t mobile. Not there fault my carrier had been hacked and number was stolen. They still helped me although not a customer. I cannot express the gratitude I have for them.

I love t-mobile and the fact that their unlimited data is actually unlimited. I had left a poor review here in the past but have upgraded it to five stars because they saw it and made things right.

Nice store and super helpful staff! (Their patience level is saint-like!)Really happy to have a T-Mobile store farther north! Hours on Google are wrong, which is annoying but not their fault!

Had a WONDERFUL Experience with Verizon when in need of help this past weekend! PARKER & John were exceedingly professional & responsive! PARKER, In particular took extra time & made every effort to ensure a very arduous task be done as proficiently & comprehensive ly as possible Truly 5 Star Seevice! MUCH APPLAUSE!!!

I usually hate having to run these errands but the associates were so helpful and amazing! Aubrey was incredibly helpful I’m so glad I switched!! 10/10 employees there🤩
