I went in here to get myself and my daughter a nice drink after a ruff day. The girl at the counter LEXI didn't just help with the order, she made what had been a bad day, not as bad! The drinks were great as always, but the service that was given is what will keep me coming back!! Thankyou again so much LEXI, for the kind words and awesome service!!

Brandi is an absolute delight and asset to any company! She is the only barista that has stood the test of time at this location and the only one that makes my drink correctly. The service that she provides is unmatched and she deserves a raise!

Excellent Starbucks with great service and fantastic customer service. The manager Danielle is one of the best managers I ever met in the field.

Dropped by for a little Sumatra! The taste is phenomenal this morning. All I can say is that it really hits the spot this morning. ☕

A hot day is not going to stop me from getting the things I need, especially coffee.

This Starbucks is in a great location for Hobbyists and Crafters like me, it's conveniently placed next to Taco Bell and not too far from Jo-Ann fabrics or Hobby Lobby.

With my honey and vanilla iced coffee with half and half, the rest of my day is exactly the way I needed to be.

So, most of the staff is terrific, but there is one individual who works at both Starbucks who is terrible at customer service, argues with the customer, and made me not want to come to this Starbucks or the Hwy 21 Starbucks. I have been a Starbucks customer since I lived in Seattle in 1992, so turning me away is a notorious accomplishment.

Accidentally mobile-ordered drink at another location. When I arrived here, I told my children that if the Oshkosh Starbucks could rectify the situation kindly, I would rate them five stars and review them favorably on Google. Only my kids knew this, not the Starbucks. I hate that the Starbucks app only tells you the cross-streets and not even the name of the town you are ordering in. If I am traveling, why would I know the cross-streets? I'm not sure I know the cross-streets in my own town much less other places that I'm whizzing through! But I digress, I knew that it wasn't the fault of the workers at Oshkosh and thought I'd just go in and explain what had occurred with the errant mobile-ordering. The gal at the front called over her manager who rightly rectified the situation without hesitation and then told me that I had a.) ordered from the Appleton Starbucks and b.) that there was a map feature that I could click on in the app which would more precisely locate the Starbucks I am ordering from. This was very kind of him and for this, I am grateful. Is it perfect? No. Should the Starbucks App people add the name of the town you are ordering from on the main screen? Yes. Was this the fault of the Oshkosh On-Staff Starbucks Baristas? Nope. Do I fault them? Nope. Five stars? Yes!

The line of cars wrapped around the building. So, I was surprised that there was only one person waiting inside. The service was fast, and I was on my way in minutes. They have breakfast sandwiches, but no breads or bakery except some pre-packaged treats. Starbucks shares a building with AT&T, and even with GPS, I drove past it. It seemed all of Oshkosh was at this mall. Such a busy area!! If I were starting a retail business, I'd locate it here.

The Barista Ellen was amazing, definitely the best experience that I have ever had in Starbucks. My order was wrong and I was just going to let it go, but Ellen did not even hesitate to accommodate us with new drinks

I have had consistently excellent experiences at this Starbucks location when around on the way through. This most recent time Jada and Lexy were very patient and kind in answering many availability questions, as well as offering alternatives when things weren't available. This mirrors other experiences in the past. Some very caring employees work here, and we appreciate it so much!

Just like any other Starbucks. If you liked them, you'll like this one too.

Very friendly, kind, and compassionate staff! They let me come in a do homework and such while I had a service dog in training with me. While the service dog was eating they brought out a bowl of water for him. So sweet that they went out of their way to ensure we were both comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely continue to study and do homework dates here. P.S. the drinks were great too :)

Order ahead if possible, the drive through is small.

Easy on-off from 41, tight drive through, clean bathrooms.

Service was amazing and very fast. The employees that work here are very energetic and make your experience fun!

This Starbucks is hands down one of the best stores I've been to. Every single person is so cheery and kind, always giving the best service to all its customers. I've never had an issue with drink quality and the wait times are reasonable considering how busy they are! Also always enjoy interacting with the great crew, especially Jeremiah, Kayla and Ashley in the drive thru! Keep it up!

Best Starbucks I’ve been too. Not from the area but passing through. Got a Java chip frappe with caramel drizzle very good!! The person in the drive thru I can’t remember his name he was fabulous. Best customer service better than the service I’ve receive in Madison.

What a great experience I recently had there. I stopped in for a coffee and I managed to leave something there, so after I left I reviewed my steps and realized I had probably left my Smartphone at Starbucks. When I got there the staff including the manager was extremely helpful and you could tell they really cared about my situation. What a great experience! Thank you so much to you and your staff. I'll make sure and stop by again soon.
